Great customer service! I recommend trying the live chat option on the website. I realized that I was a photo short in my son's recent school photo package. We were able to resolve the issue in less than 10 minutes. I was told to keep a lookout in the mail as I should be receiving the picture soon. Top notch! Oh, and we were very pleased with the way the photos turned out! Thanks for doing such an AWESOME job
