We had to have a down rod installed for one of our fans and had an issue with one of the light fixtures not working properly after moving into our home.

Kevin came to service the house and was very friendly and professional. He quickly identified why the light wasn't working and completed all of the work very efficiently. He also took the time to talk to me about some additional work we are looking to have done and thoroughly explained what we could expect and what to do if we decide to have the work done in the future.

We called in the morning and had repaired outlets by the evening. Al was very professional and thorough. He found the issue in an old home quickly and efficiently repaired the problem. I will not hesitate to call Al and Strada Services again. Thank you!

Great Customer Service. I was blessed to get Bryan Drew when I called in today for help. I called in because I could not hear my doorbell ring inside the house. Bryan asked a couple of questions that lead to him determining that my chime box inside the house was no longer working. I never thought of that. Bryan explained in terms that help me to understand what was going on and how to get it fix. Bryan Drew was so patient with me, very professional, and very knowledgeable about the whole process. To be honest, everyone I have ever spoken to at Strada has always been very nice on each call. They have been in my home to fix other issues and were very professional. Thank you Bryan Drew!

Brian Nazar has provided support for upgrading and fixing our wireless thermostat plus providing extremely valuable advice on our Strada ipad panel.
The greatest benefit of working with Brian is how knowledgeable he is. He knows the Strada systems backwards and forwards. He helped us re-install our Heat/Air wireless thermostat system on the wireless keypad on our new home.
Patiently, he walked us through every step on the keypad knowing exactly where we were each step of the way. Brian could perfectly recite the page details while guiding us in navigating what seemed complex and make it seem simple.
Once successful at reloading our thermostat, he then provided his cell phone and said to call him if we had any questions. WHO DOES THAT? So, wouldn't you know, I had a question and called him. He answers on the first ring and remembered me. To top it all off, he then showed us how to load pictures on our Strada Display Pad. Too cool!
Brian is definitely a guy who really cares about the customer and it shows in his patience and passion to serve! Thanks to Strada for hiring authentic, caring, and intelligent tech guys. Especially Brian!

Service: Replace or upgrade panel

Hey Strada, whoever is driving your company vehicle today at 9:40 AM on John Young with license plate GFM806 needs to remember that they're in a company vehicle. If they wanted to go 20 over the speed limit, be all up on another cars bumper, honk at another cars to go faster, and swerve into lanes left & right cutting people off without even using a turn signal should do it in their own personal car. I tried getting away from that crazy employee and watched them drive off like a real ****.

I will never call another electrician. We had Kevin. He was on time, and very knowledgeable. I had another electrician here 5 days before for the same problem. He charged me 450.00. It lasted 5 days. Kevin came did a wonderful job and charged me half of that. I now have a new electrician. Thank you
