Brian Nazar has provided support for upgrading and fixing our wireless thermostat plus providing extremely valuable advice on our Strada ipad panel.
The greatest benefit of working with Brian is how knowledgeable he is. He knows the Strada systems backwards and forwards. He helped us re-install our Heat/Air wireless thermostat system on the wireless keypad on our new home.
Patiently, he walked us through every step on the keypad knowing exactly where we were each step of the way. Brian could perfectly recite the page details while guiding us in navigating what seemed complex and make it seem simple.
Once successful at reloading our thermostat, he then provided his cell phone and said to call him if we had any questions. WHO DOES THAT? So, wouldn't you know, I had a question and called him. He answers on the first ring and remembered me. To top it all off, he then showed us how to load pictures on our Strada Display Pad. Too cool!
Brian is definitely a guy who really cares about the customer and it shows in his patience and passion to serve! Thanks to Strada for hiring authentic, caring, and intelligent tech guys. Especially Brian!
