Great Customer Service. I was blessed to get Bryan Drew when I called in today for help. I called in because I could not hear my doorbell ring inside the house. Bryan asked a couple of questions that lead to him determining that my chime box inside the house was no longer working. I never thought of that. Bryan explained in terms that help me to understand what was going on and how to get it fix. Bryan Drew was so patient with me, very professional, and very knowledgeable about the whole process. To be honest, everyone I have ever spoken to at Strada has always been very nice on each call. They have been in my home to fix other issues and were very professional. Thank you Bryan Drew!
