I have been paying my insurance for years and never contacted Stover as I was never in an accident.

Things were positive (I felt indifferent) until I was called by Lauren and told my policy was being cancelled as I didn't pay my bill. I asked why they waited until the last day to contact me and did not get an answer. They said my mail was returned but I pay all my other bills just fine.. I don't know why they didn't bother to contact me when my mail was "returned" to confirm my address.

I switched to Geico, and they said they would give me ample warning if I ever missed a payment, and now I pay close to $200 less a year. I am happy with Stover's lackluster customer service as it encouraged me to look elsewhere and save money. I would not recommend Stover to anyone.

Best insurance agent I've ever had. We have trusted Eddy & Lauren at Stover Agency for years...for all our business, auto, home and liability insurance policies. They are super fast at handling any needs we have, from flooding and complete overhaul repair of our home, auto claims and VERY "on top of it" for business insurance needs. I recommend them as often as I can.

Eddy Lang is amazingly on top of things. First, got me a GREAT rate on homeowners insurance (then did the same for my mother). I mistakenly paid the premium twice and needed Stover's customer service and no sooner did i "send" the email and Mr Lang looked into my situation and got back with me. Pleasant, helpful and deserves FIVE STARS !!!

I have worked with Eddy and Lauren for my cars, main residences and rental properties insurance needs for years. They are top notch and first-class all the way. Response time is unbelievably fast and they are always there to help, seemingly 24/7. They make everything so easy and are fully committed to customer satisfaction. Kudos guys!
