Make an appointment first. It's much better than walk-in.

Waited for 15 minutes before any sales person approach us. Since we don't want to waste time any more, I approached a lady at the counter to ask if any sales person is available to assist. There were three ladies at the counter trying to look "busy". And there was a sales person available when we called their attention. Maybe they have sold too many units already, thus not interested to sell any more.

Staff are accomodating but the toilet needs a little more cleaning

Been a Toyota customer for over ten years. Stuff in here is well organized .job quality is guaranteed. parts a bit pricey.

Their ad about 1 hour maintenance check is a lie. Went there 300 mins before scheduled appointment but it took me almost 3 hrs!!! This is after I raised concern about the time it takes them to release the car. Imagine if I did not raise concern, it could have taken me 5 hours or so.
Post Sale experience in Toyota Alabang sucks.

People are very accommodating and they also helped me to return my phone I left inside the car.
