I gave this hotel a 1 because the guy at the front desk was very kind and accommodating. He was the best part of my experience. If not for that, this hotel would've gotten a minus 0 rating. Now to what I HATED about this hotel:

1. We booked a king room online but when we got there, front desk told my wife that all of the King suites were booked up and they only had a double queen. No problem. We were tired and just wanted to get to our room. When we got there, we noticed that our shower did not have any hot water. On top of that, my wife is disabled and they didn't give us a walk in shower to make showering more accessible. We also saw a questionable white stain on the carpet next to one of the beds. When we complained to the front desk, we were told someone was coming to fix it. The person took way too long so we asked to switch rooms. They moved us to another room. This room was also a double queen. This time when we tried to take a shower(still no walk in shower), the water filled up in the tub to my calves because the tub had a drainage issue.
2. My wife was told that breakfast was free but when we got down there, we were told it was only complimentary for hotel members. I spent $20 for an omelet, home fries and apple juice.
3. They have doors that are convenient to get to the pool but they were all locked. Spent 15 minutes trying to find the pool which I had to access thru the fitness center.
4. There are no microwaves in the room. At least the one we were in.
5. You may as well sleep on pillowcases because the pillows were flat as pancakes. Needless to say it was very unpleasant, tossing and turning, trying to get comfortable and I could not. I got about 2 hours of consistent sleep and couldn't get comfortable to save my life. I had to go to Walmart to buy my own pillows just so I could sleep through our second night.

Overall, I think there needs to be a lot of changes before I would consider ever coming back to this hotel. I heard they did some upgrades but I honesty don't see it where it counts....the rooms!

This is a good Sheraton property. The updated rooms are well appointed and comfortable with modern finishes. The updated bathrooms are nice, my first week had amazing water pressure and was the best hotel shower I've had in 20+ years of being a Road Warrior. Unfortunately, the following week my room was 4 doors down and had the absolute worst water pressure in 20+ years of travel.

Friendly staff, ample parking, great location close to restaurants and shops.

I attended the 6th Annual Philadelphia Sleep Conference here. But the hotel is clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff are very friendly, kind and professional! It's pretty modern and definitely stands out especially at night! The food was delicious but please don't judge what's on my plate. LOL

Pool water was so murky you couldn't see the bottom and stunk like some sort of bacteria. The carpets were dirty and stained everywhere, walls had scuffs and spots. The cherry on top is the majority of the clientele is inconsiderate and rowdy adults with even worse children.

Property is nice, location is good, staff is not consistent. My check in experience was very unacceptable. I got downgraded to a lower tier room even though I was careful and checked in on my phone 2 days in advance. The lady who checked me in barely looked at me and treated as if I was begging for service. Unacceptable towards a loyal guest. Another lady from the hotel was present at the time and she felt compelled to strike some conversation with me to lighten up the air but damage has been done. When I got into the elevator and tried to get to the Club Lounge for some water, the button wouldn't light up. Surprised and tired, I had to walk all the way back to my room and called to ask for the reason, I was told that "the elevator works, you just have to play around with it." Seriously??? I cancelled all my future reservations after this.

Can't really say much about the experience in the hotel part of this place but I have been to a few conferences here. Always a clean place and always set up nice and orderly. No complaints. Would return.

Very easy to reserve a room, their rates aren't too high. They allow guests into the pool which is the reason we went. Going to the front desk and asking for a few items, COVID might have been the reason. However front desk didn't have change or cash for vending machines also no plastic silverware for when take out came into the hotel. Again small little things. They practice safety during COVID, that was important with our family.
