Very upset with this place, we secured a storage unit and not even 24hrs later I asked to cancel because I found a better deal elsewhere and out of good faith they would not refund me. I thought that was very petty for a company to do that especially in the middle of a worldwide pandemic when people are afraid of losing their jobs and not having enough money to pay their bills.
