Found that for me they were untrained in the service dept. Did not know what they needed to complete job. When I tried to give them my org.keys so they would set the security way told they did not need them. That the spare key I gave them was find. Then the next day I am called only to be told they need my keys. I find found this to be very unprofessional to use untrained personal to talk to customers and work on autos. At least this is how I perceived my visit there. One star only because the review would not let me leave NO STAR.
The only things is they are slow. I was there for a oil change, and was there for 3 hours.
We were helped by Lance. He understood what we had in mind. Worked fast and we were in and out in good time compared to other car lots.

When i went to pick my truck up after a recall was completed, know one brought my truck out to me. They told me it was parked out beside the building and I could go get it. I found it parked out behind the building. It wasn t washed. I didn t feel much like a valued customer. I was disappointed

They did airbag recall and replaced brake sensor. Dropped car at 730 . Mike called at 340 to inform me would be tomorrow morning before part came in. Wasnt ready till 4 pm next day. Part was locally available at parts store.

My truck was stuck here because of covid and someone at this dealer literally stole the tires and wheels off my truck. Replaced it with junky ones AFTER I SPENT $7000 ON REPAIRS WITH THEM. told the there is nothing they can do, I should of picked my truck up sooner.

The staff here is not pushy. They gave us time to look around without "pouncing" on us as soon as we drove into the dealership. Our salesman and finance manager were personable and down to Earth. We never felt bullied or obligated to take a deal we weren't comfortable with. I was very pleased with the experience at Stokes.

Chase was very helpful and sincere. He explained how to use the equipment for my pleasure and set up the Bluetooth system. The vechicle parallels the 2012 Traverse in many ways and that is the main reason for the puschase of the 2016 Traverse. I'm very happy with the purchase except for one thing. Rip off, do not go here. They sold me a 5 dollar part for 20 dollars and told me the next closest place was 8 miles away. After I left, I googled it and there were MULTIPLE places less than HALF A MILE AWAY. Garbage people like Ms. Sims make life harder for all Americans.

Brian Lowery did not waste any time getting us the best price and a great trade-in value. I wasted 3 hours in Montgomery trying to buy a JEEP. It only took 20 minutes at Stokes to complete the deal and drive out with a $3400 savings on the exact JEEP Wrangler as in Montgomery..

Service rep. Shon Hobbs took very good care of me. They ran into a problem and he gave me a loaner to drive until they got my vehicle right. After they fixed it the technician drove it and the axel broke in half. Needless to say i m glad it happened with the tech and not my family. Fixed it and it works perfectly! Thank you guys.

Called at 4:45 asked to speak to service department so I could see if they could fix my Ram. A guy answers the phone and asks me to hold and I was left on hold till I hung up 26 minutes later and called back and of course they was closed. I am just passing thru and my truck broke down and wanted it to be repaired by a dodge dealership but apparently they don't want to be bothered by people wanting to get there vehicle fixed by dodge technicians. Makes me wonder if they would even fix my truck right.
If you do business with Stokes make sure you look at the charges before you pay. Do not let them do you as they done me. They will charge for services not performed and when asked for money back they WILL NOT give it back.

This was a first experience with Stokes Automotive having seen much TV advertising. I was referred to Tom Brown by a close friend and the experience could not have been better. I was specifically interested in a 2019 RAM 1500 with the Hemi 5.7 Eng. and I found that vehicle in a search on their Website. Tom Brown is a courteous, friendly personable individual. No pressure from a typical car salesman. He had the vehicle I was interested in on static display for myself and my wife. We tested it on local roads then took my wife for a ride. We were sold! Paperwork was completed by Tom and a gracious Miranda Hill, Finance Manager. We were in and out of the dealership in two hours. Was also briefed by Tabetha Best on Stokes Service and given a tour of facilities by Tom. So all in all we highly recommend Tom Brown and Stokes for your automotive needs!

I had no problems buying my 2016 Jeep Cherokee with Stokes, and the car has performed well. I took it in today for the first oil change outside of the free promotional oil changes I received when buying the car. I expected to pay roughly the same amount that was listed on previous oil change receipts. Instead I paid $85.87. When I called to speak with service representative, I wasn't offered different oil options and was told the other receipts listed what Chrysler paid for oil not what I will pay for oil and supplies so all future oil changes would continue to be at least $85. I will be looking for another service center.
Me and my family dealt with Lance Foushee there at the dealership to purchase our new vehicles. He was very professional and took a lot of time with us. Matter of fact, he did so good with my parents that I went back the next day and purchased a vehicle from him, too. With that being said, the whole sales staff at Stokes was great!! I have dealt with their service staff on previous vehicles that I have had and they were always great to me. They will tell you if anything is wrong, but then it's up to you if you want to fix it at that time or not. Just an overall great experience with them and we were completely satisfied with our experience!!
Saleman was extremly unprofessional, and attempted to push a very bad deal. Would recommend using another dealer, and if you use stokes then watch the deal closely.
