Chase was very helpful and sincere. He explained how to use the equipment for my pleasure and set up the Bluetooth system. The vechicle parallels the 2012 Traverse in many ways and that is the main reason for the puschase of the 2016 Traverse. I'm very happy with the purchase except for one thing. Thank you for a really great vehicle.
