He was willing to work with me on my trade in, and in the end we reached a number agreeable to both sides. Their prices really are better than most of the Metro Birmingham area. There were also other employees who stayed late to assist in our purchase. I would recommend anyone take a trip down to Stokes when considering a vehicle purchase.

Would not work with us. Was like pulling teeth trying to get them to sale us a car, we did not end up purchasing a vehicle from them. Their financial manager is very incompetent as well.

They have the worst customer service ever. They will do anything to make an extra buck for themselves. Will never take my car here again. I don t care if it s the closest it is worth the drive and extra gas money to go somewhere where they appreciate their customers and care about the customers feedback.

Had a tire problem while traveling. Fortunately it occurred right at the exit for Stokes. Although I wasn't one of their customers, they took me right in (on a Friday afternoon!), repaired the tire, charged a very reasonable rate, and got me on my way. Great service, and very professional.

Absolutely outstanding service as usual. Justin got me in and completed all required services even though I didn't have an appointment.

Although it was very difficult to navigate the building, their customer service was still excellent and genuine. Everyone was very quick to help me, their directions were just confusing! My car is purring like a panther, and they got him back to me as quickly as possible - something I appreciate since I commute 40 miles to work. I'm very satisfied with my care and will go back if I ever need something of this nature again.

Stokes was an amazing experience. The sales staff was very nice, professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted to purchase. It did not take no time at all to close the sale from the time I test drove to the time I made the purchase and drove off the lot. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking for a Dodge truck their inventory was excellent I have lots of choices to choose from and the vehicle had everything I ever could want on it. Top notch job!!!!

My father just bought a 2017 Buick Enclave from Stokes. The salesmen were very helpful and didn't pressure us one bit. They had great end of the year sales as well. I had my niece with us and they even had Santa and Mrs. Clause there for free pictures and mini candy canes.

Ask for Lance Foushee by far the best car sales man Ive ever delt with. Made me feel like after a week and a half of looking around at differnt dealerships i was ment to buy my New 2016 Chevolet Silverado z71 1500 crew cab from him and it is beacuse of Lance that I will be doing my business in the future with Stokes. Also it just so happens that Lance actually sold my dad his truck 3 years ago which i didnt find out until my Dad found out where i bought my truck from so I thought that was pretty cool. Keep doing an awesome job Lance. I give you a 5 star
