I recently purchased a model home with Stock builders in Pine Ridge Estates in Naples Florida. As a real estate professional myself for over 20 years, I can t begin to tell you how professional Lynn Hurley and Luis the project manager are. We went through a final checklist of what needed to be done at the property and everything was taken care of to specifications. The attention to detail was above par and I am extremely impressed with the quality of work that stock delivers. This is my first custom home in Naples and I am looking forward to enjoying many years in my quality property. I highly recommend anyone looking for a custom home to check out stock builders.

Dear Inentionenten, since very careful when you make a contract with Stock. They promise everything and in the end the customer is pulled over the table. Now comes the hammer during the construction you have to pay everything else they will not start. If you forgot something then you will not get your money back, but you say you have had extra work and are billing it. In the Middle Ages they called the robbery.
If your from Jersey it's a must stop. You know what any state, get there for atmosphere, BBQ, Pork Roll. Jersey Shore Breakfast sandwich. Don was great, informative on Marathon and surroundings to see an enjoy.
BUYER BEWARE! I have lived in two Stock homes and the Paseo Development is falling apart thanks to their shoddy workmanship. FACT: Stock is being sued for $60 million by Paseo. FACT: Stock had the opportunity to fix water intrusion problems on the condos they built but bailed out when they decided they rather just be sued and hope for the best. FACT: Dozens of condos are unliveable currently due to their negligence. Mold is rampant in many units. Water pours in the roofs and walls. They simply would rather walk away from the over 900 condos where 100% of them have major structural issues. FACT: If you buy a Stock Home now, you may be left out in the cold when the lawsuit hammer comes down on them. Look it up online. This is and should be, the end of Stock Homes and Development. Shame on you Brian Stock for continuing to tout yourself as a quality builder when things in Paseo (and Ole' in Naples) are simply falling apart at the seams. We cannot even sell our unit.
We were misled and lied to by the salesman at Hidden Harbor, Fort Myers, FL. Took forever to get a design studio appointment. Waited 2 months for options pricing. We were told construction time would be 120 days (150 days at most). Day 240 and the home is still not 100% finished. Super slow progress. Of course up popped the excuses, none of which were valid. Many of the contractors that worked on the home did a poor job. Lots of things had to be redone. Then they damage things when the come back to fix thing that should have been done right first time. Plans don't get followed properly. They can't seem to even center cabinets, can lights and such like. Appliances don't work properly. Poor supervision on site. No quality control whatsoever. Other residents having issues too. They make you do do walk-through and produce a punch list of problems and defects 4 hours before they expect you to close. Wow! 60+ items on punch list plus a further 20 defects and that's all before the home inspection. But Stock says "quality matters". We have experienced nothing other than a contradiction. I have hundreds of photos and notes to prove all of the aforesaid and more. UPDATE 10/18/17. Closed on the home almost 2 weeks ago. Many of the problems still unresolved. Had professional home inspection done. 108 pages or problems and defects. Damp and mold in the home. No fix yet. Pool totally emptied overnight all on its own. No fix yet. Home is not habitable. Heaters and dryers inside everywhere running 24/7 at 95dB. The list of problems just keeps growing. Nobody cares at Stock. At this time we are very far from putting this behind us. Stock has not found us alternative accommodation and we cannot move into this home even though we have been paying the mortgage for almost 2 weeks now. UPDATE 01/31/18. So after closing on our new home in October, the home was found to be damp and had black mold. A specialist damp company confirmed 99% damp reading in several parts of the home. The hardwood floor was damaged and delaminating. We had noisy dryers and dehumidifiers in the home for weeks. We could not move in. Many of the reported defects were not getting fixed. In November, we moved in for just 5 nights and Stock told us we would have to move out for 2-3 months and find somewhere else to live. 60% of the flooring had to come up and be replaced. Many of the problems that caused water to ingress had to be resolved, including re-grading the entrance pavers, replacing the poor quality rubber door seals on exterior doors, re-piping all downspouts so they send water away from the home (instead of into it), applying a special roll-on moisture barrier to areas of the footings and adjusting the slope of a door step so it slopes away and not back into the threshold. These defects were caused by negligence of Stock Development, lousy trades and terrible supervision. The superintendents for our home did a poor job. They were told about the door seal issue in March 2017 (when the doors were installed) and 7 months BEFORE we closed. They did nothing about it so the home got badly damaged. As of this date, we are still waiting for several problems to be resolved including replacement of the master bathroom tile floor which was laid uneven and was damaged by trades when the floor was not totally unprotected. It's a high gloss white tile. Dooooh! Hopefully by the end of February all the problems will be fixed. We are so glad we got a professional home inspection from Comprehensive Building Consultants of Fort Myers. Well worth it. I heard Stock hates these inspectors and we all know why! I could write a very, very long list of the problems and experience we have had with Stock. Actually "experience" is not the right word, "nightmare" is a better word.
