DO NOT buy a house from Stock. They will build a community and, add a club with mandatory membership fees. At the beginning the fees will seem reasonable and they will promise you that fees will only keep us with inflation. All lies, check out for yourself Lely Resort. The club fees are increasing 10+ every year even when inflation is 2%. The large increases started as soon as they sold their last house. Owners have no say. This is a license to gouge home owners. Avoid them at all cost!
