Amazing staff and awesome food. They make you feel like family when you eat here.

Food is good. Keep the menu new, but the service is 5 stars. I wish this place increased their food quality and decreased drink prices, (9.50 for a "vodka" and orange juice.) But the people there are great. This place deserves to be more than a greasy spoon

Good place for casual dining or dining with kids. Fun decor with a railroad/ Western theme. I enjoyed the burgers and the French dip more than the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich.

Horrible! Cole Slaw came out of a premade container. It was soft and Mushy. Not Freshly made. Ordered a French Dip Sandwitch. Meat was Tough and under cooked. Not as I expected. Too Highly Rated for the food I had. I'll give it a 1 for fast Service.

The food is ok. Nothing really special but not bad either. The service however is terrible. I am writing this in the restaurant right now. I haven't seen the waitress in 20 or more minutes. I just want to pay and leave. Zero sense of urgency from anyone in this place. Overall... meh

Pastrami sandwich did not even have enough meat to cover the bread. Server commented that this is a normal occurrence. Hamburger was great.

Was raised in Poway and grew up going here. This place has come along way. Super cute decorations and fun for the whole family. Food is great too. We love going to the park after to walk off our great meal. They also do amazing catering. We had them cater our wedding, they served steak, chicken, veggies and mashed potatoes. Everyone raved about how good the food was. This place goes above and beyond to give you a great experience.

The food was not fresh, and this fact came out in the taste. The chorizo had the bitterness I always taste in chorizo that is old. The blueberry waffles had an odd taste, like the blueberries had some sort of weird artificial flavoring. The whipped cream was the cheap kind from the can.

I couldn't finish my food, I took a few bites of each thing, enough to know it was awful, and left the rest.

This restaurant had all the characteristics of a cheap waffle joint, but priced like it was a nice breakfast place.

The waiter was very good. The atmosphere was quiet, which I enjoyed, and it wasn't overcrowded like a cheap breakfast joint at least.

Not very many vegetarian options, but the food is good hearty American. It's served quickly by very efficient staff. Don't miss the onion rings.

Hamburgers are good, nice selection,service was fast and prices fair. If you like tator tots instead of country fries or a choice of buns for your Berger then this is your place.

Kevin and the staff are great!!! We moved out of CA and this the place we miss the most! The food was very good, and it was always fun bantering back and forth with the staff members. Yes, we were regular customers. Their catering is out of this world too! Oh, and have the "World's largest sundae." You won't be disappointed :)

They served Banoffee pie for St. Patrick's day...my wife's favorite desert and very hard to find in the states.

Had the 5 piece sweet chili wings and they were fantastic IMO! They were some of the best that I've had in quite some time. Enjoyed the train ride as well. Very cool area.

Intentionally comedic and rustic western quaint feel to the place is distinctly unique and charming. It's a bit on the pricey side but it's definitely worth it. I had breakfast there and I had eggs, bacon, sausage, hash brown and it was beyond my expectations. Definitely going back to try the lunch and dinner items.

They are quick on order fulfillment and the food is great! They give generous portions, and the area around the restaurant is so nice to visit. The park has a little something for everyone, so you can walk around after your meal to make a nice evening of the trip.

A Poway icon but the food is just average. It is is Old Poway Park making it a go to for some while in the area.

Consistently good food at a restaurant that has been in Poway for decades. I haven't eaten there for years and it was great to go back. Recommended.

The food was way oversalted and dry. The coke even tasted watered down. My mom had the fish and chips and the grease they use upset her stomach. Just wasn't good quality food.

I have been going here for many years. Last night I ordered a British Burger which was very soggy and the burger just fell apart. I ask the server for several napkins and told her I had to use fork and knife to eat it? She seem not to concern about the large pile of slop on the plate? I can not believe I still left a tip. When leaving, I ask for a commit card but was told they do not have them. I told her that was fine, I will take the time to post a review on line. I do not think I will go back even though I have not had a bad experience before this.

First time here. Service and food was awesome. Mike our server did a job. The restaurant was very clean and decorated with all old western style items. Definitely will be back and highly recommend this place.

We were very content with this Hamburger Factory restaurant this is the first time that my husband and I have ever gone my in-laws took us there we will be going again, in the near future

Great food and service in a family-friendly environment. As might be expected, the hamburgers are good and cooked to order. Breakfasts are large and tasty, with both the country potatoes and hash browns cooked properly. (No soggy piles!) I'm partial to the chicken fried steak, which is definitely first-rate.

Vegetarian options are very limited. The mac and cheese is a good choice. Personally, I think that the buffalo mac & cheese is perfect for a cool day when comfort food is desired. The salads are generally pretty good, with decent produce.

If you're hungry anywhere around Poway, give this place a try. You can do much worse.

Love this place! My family has been coming to the hamburger factory to celebrate birthdays and family events my whole life. The atmosphere is fun, the food is great, and the staff is always friendly. It s located in Old Town Poway that has a street market on Saturday s and a train that goes around the park. Recommend have a burger and tots when you visit. Also don t leave without one of the worlds smallest sundaes.

This place is probably one of my new favorite breakfast spots (they serve lunch and dinner too). Their prices are probably some of the best I have seen when compared with other local restaurants.

Their western decor and the size of the restaurants makes it easy for anyone to be seated quickly.

Great food and beer! Service was ok but it was busy so understandable.

I love the hamburger factory, it's always been a great family restaurant to bring young or old family members to. Great burgers and fries and positioned right in the heart of old Poway park and the rustic Poway town feel with the train and western themed stuff around the park and it's especially fun to go to in holidays or when they are doing something special in the park.

The service was outstanding. The food was very tasty. The outdoor option during covid was well thought out and executed. My favorite item was the lemon freeze shake. The train depot next to the restaurant is charming. It is a good space to stretch your legs, or take little ones to. The whole surrounding area is adorable.

Wait staff is good but kitchen is so slow. Don't go here if you're not willing to wait a long time for your food.

Great burgers in a relaxed friendly atmosphere. We try to eat there two to three times per month. love it.

Not busy when my son and I went t in on a Friday . The cedar plank salmon is a generous portion and the baked potato and vegetables are always good. My son likes the chicken tenders. Service is always with a smile.
