Great family-friendly place, good food and quality people. Prices are good.

Excellent service, Tina was our waitress and she is amazing and kind hearted. Their food portions are huge and delicious. My dad and I shared the veggie skillet and we still couldn t finish it. Wonderful food, I come here every time I visit California & I m from Texas. 10/10 recommend.

Family place with great hamburgers, sandwiches, salads, etc.

We went the day after Xmas in the afternoon...Big mistake choosing this place.Five tables were occupied and it took 40 minutes to get our food in 3 different shifts. When husband went up to bar to ask why , could see cook in back laughing and on cell phone. Finally received salmon salad that was still frozen in middle, hamburger not cooked to requested doneness, and the " signature mac and cheese" was watery and no flavor at all. Save your time and money and try a chain where quality control is maintained. The restaurant is cutely decorated so if you want to pay for that and not tasty food, this is your place. Will not return.

Always a good family place for breakfast lunch or dinner. Staff is very friendly food is basic good home-style food like you'd want to serve in your own kitchen.

Huge, juicy burgers and a fun, friendly atmosphere have kept generations of customers loyal to this Old Poway institution. They serve a small collection of good, local craft beer along with the fizzy yellow stuff.

Our family grew up with this restaurant. Love the food and the atmosphere. It's a casual country place too.

The food is outstanding, and the service goes above and beyond. The only time we've ever had a problem with a meal, the staff went out of their way to make it right. The menu is quite extensive, with much more than just hamburgers. The bar has 16 beers on tap, with many excellent local beers from San Diego and Temecula. The decor and atmosphere are quaint and fun. There is enough space to accommodate parties, families, and couples. Great for any occasion.

We had quite a large get together at the Hamburger Factory. Kevin was our waiter. He was awesome! He took good care of us . The good was great!

First time I have ever been somewhere that doesn't serve lunch at 11. The Hamburger Factory, where we won't give you a burger until at least 11:30!!

It's always always a yummy experience at The Hamburger Factory .. veggie burgers are delish and french fries are yumminess and it's decorated sooo cute and scary for Halloween...

Awesome food, awesome shakes, and very friendly employees. They are open for takeout and there are benches outside of the building that are clean, nice, and distanced from each other. If you're looking for a great dinner option in poway this is one of the best spots I could recommend

Oh the waiter was very kind to my client and her service dog! He gave them a royal treatment!

Great food... Used to have great service but definitely going down hill.

Always like coming here. Service is friendly and I love the park setting. We generally come for breakfast which is a little less crowded.

There was 18 of us. Service was fantastic. Waitress were polite and willing to help out when ever we needed them.

Extremely SLOW service!! The mac & cheese was AWFUL!! It tasted like DISHWATER!! The salmon salad was hard and had NO flavor. Burger was cooked incorrectly & meat was GRISTLY!! When we went back to ask the cook what had happened, they were back there on their phones, goofing off! Never going back there again! HORRIBLE restaurant!

We went there after Christmas shopping close to closing time and they were still very friendly and the food was hot and plenty of it

This place is located right in the middle of old town Poway. This area used to be a stagecoach stop for gold, supplies, and people coming from Julian which used to be the gold capital of California before the SF gold rush.
It's bedecked in old west decor, complete with wooden walkways, old mining equipment, and cowboy artifacts.
The food is OK. Menu prices are fair. But service can range from fair to downright awful.
On two separate instances the server got the orders wrong and on a 2nd visit, the order was never placed at all! (Management did nothing to correct the situation, so we walked out. I haven't been back since).
While the ambiance is nice, it gets just a two stars due to bad service and management.

Menu had a lot of choices besides just hamburgers. Service was excellent, food was ok but not great.

Had wedding reception/ gender reveal parties.. staff got involved in festivities. Great place!

Absolutely horrible service. Food took almost 45 min and the burger ordered as medium where we'll done, the fries where not even cooked.

This is our favorite restaurant. Stephanie and Tina are fantastic people, as are the rest of the staff. The clincher is the great food!! Also, you need to check out the decor at every holiday

I've been going to this restaurant for 15 years with my granddaughter. They have always been courteous, pleasant, efficient & friendly. Great food and great service! They know us as regulars and always go out of their way to make us feel welcomed!!

In Dec. 2019 Poway had a boil water order in place for several days. Local businesses paid a huge toll in lost business. My family are here several times before this review, but this review covers a very busy time as the community came out to help all our local businesses recover.

The burgers were the delicious meals we are accostomed to and the servers were more than accommodating, despite being in the weeds during their entire shift ( I'm sure).

You have a great variety of meats and ingredients here. I have always been pleased with my meals here, and I'm glad I was able to rate the Hamburger Factory during a time the community came out in support of them.

Great for private meetings or hanging out with friends

This was our first visit. The food and service were great. We will definitely go back. The jalapeno ranch is definitely worth dipping your tots or onion rings in!

This place has always been one of my favorite places to go for some delicious food, great service, and memories. I grew up in the area and constantly would go here with family or friends. We had my daughter s party here for when she was baptized, went here quite a few times with my grandpa and papa (may they RIP), Senior Breakfast way back in the day lol, and we will be having a baby shower here in June for myself since I am pregnant with our second daughter. Definitely a place that has been a huge part of my life and I appreciate it.

The Mac and cheese is good but on the menu it saids it has bread crumbs but instead bread crumbs they crackers and I ask a refill on the coffee so far took to long so I give up so far I didn't get the refill. But great coffee taste.

Great food. Good prices. Friendly staff. Good portions for price paid. Decently quick service, with good communication on order status. Entire party was satisfied with wood and had no concerns. Party had 30 people and we were taken care of very nicely.

I went there to celebrate my birthday the atmosphere was amazing despite covid restrictions. The food was worth the wait. Will go back there again when I'm in the area
