The place offers a fantastic range of delicious food. I loved eating here. Employees are always super friendly, prices are affordable and the place is always kept clean.

The Man Cave of Hamburger Joints. Never a bad burger. Onion rings not much to speak of.

Love going to this place with the family. There are lots of knick nacks on the walls to keep the kids preoccupied when waiting for the food. Wait staff is very friendly and very accommodating. Good variety of food options in terms of sandwiches and burgers. Would recommend to anyone new in town.

Walked in and felt like they didn't want us there. The man that came to seat us didn't speak to us not once. He looked us up and down and just point in the direction he wanted us to go. We sat down and felt uncomfortable. The waitress was sweet but the overall experience felt like they didn't want us there. I will never go back. We had been there many times before but the entire staff was different beside the waitress. It was a completely different vibe of unwelcoming.

Local favorite. Always attentive service and cooked perfectly.

Great family/kids friendly atmosphere with the eclectic interior but the food was average. Generous portions but the hamburgers were lacking flavor and the fried chicken had zero seasoning to their batter. Wait staff was very attentive when ordering but was nowhere to be found when drinks were empty or after food came out. We went to the wait station numerous times to ask for items we needed. With a great location and a promising name we were underwhelmed by the food and overall experience.

Very tasty food! They have big portions. My whole family had leftovers. Reasonably priced, and very nice staff and it very much has a Poway old-west atmosphere. I do recommend going here at least once while your in Poway.

Loved this place!! Why has it taken me so long to go there? I went on a Sunday afternoon it wasn't very crowded. Plenty of parking. I was seated immediately. I was waited on immediately. Had a fantastic strawberry shake, blue cheese burger and tater tots. The shake came with enough in the extra cup to refill one and a half times. Tots and burger we're served hot and cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was casual and enjoyable I enjoyed our collection of memorabilia on the walls. They are on my short list of places to return to the next time I want a hamburger.

Good food for lunch and dinner but their big secret is that they have a great breakfast.

HF used to substitute a salad for fries with my burger, but the last time I was charged extra for it. Why should I pay for a salad when I don't get a bun or fries? Lettuce it cheaper than potatoes. I'm on a high protein diet and can't have any carbs that aren't veggies.

First time here for dinner. Loved it! They hit it out of the ballpark. Our waitress, Sky, was more than awesome. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She was just the right amount of attentiveness. Brought what we needed without us asking! The food was very delicious, HOT and the portions were generous. The prices reasonable. We were so impressed that before we left we went to the register area by the bar to thank Sky for everything, which we rarely are so impressed to do so.

We go to Hamburger factory fairly often, when we are in Poway visiting our son and his family, who live near by. Have always had good service and good food. I had the Ohrn burger and really enjoyed it.

Great place. They are doing a great job despite Covid. Burgers and sandwiches are top notch and the wait staff are super.

Finally got to try out this poway treasure. Love it, kids loved the atmosphere, good service, good burgers!

Good hamburgers and salads but be prepared to wait a while for your food .. you won't be disappointed with the food ,, it's really good

Great customer service. If you want something that's not on the menu, they'll make it for you if they have the ingredients to spare.

Service was a little on the slower side. Near a railroad tracks attraction. Food was unexpectedly huge. There is a lot of old Western decor. Floors are a bit creaky. Tables have older wooden chairs for the style. Room is a little limited for larger parties.

Always a favorite. Not foo-foo food, but well prepared and served with a smile. And if you haven't been to Old Poway Park...go!

I've been going to The Hamburger Factory for decades now; ever since moving to Poway. The cuisine is basic American comfort food -- hamburgers and fries, sandwiches and salads. The food is always hot and delicious, and the sight of a Steam Locomotive going around the Park on a Saturday afternoon can't be beat!

Food was delicious. Service was extremely slow. Would have given 5 stars if we had a more attentive waiter. Best burger in town, just like it came from a Midwestern dive bar. Juicy, and flavorful. Loved the toasted butter bun.

Great service. Food was ok. My fish was soggy. My wife's baked potatoe wasn't good either.

Everything at The Hamburger Factory is Delicious. The Super French Dip is to die for. My 84 year old Dad swears by the Chocolate Malts & Burgers .

I like that even though its a hamburger place they have vegetarian options.

Love Hamburger Factory. Been going there for years and the food is always delicious. And Kevin, our server, always takes great care of us with his wonderful attitude and sense of humor. They set up outdoor dining and have outstanding protocols during Covid. Thank you for a wonderful family time!

Delicious meals and charming staff. Decor adds a kitschy ambiance that really suits the area. Fast service to top it all off.

Burgers and fries and assortment of other American style foods.
I had a chicken caesar and was filling and tasty.
Lots of "stuff" on the walls to look at.
It does get very noisy, so be prepared.
A Few of our orders were incorrect and we had to wait longer to get them correct as it was quite some time before we recieved order in the first place. Plan on waiting for your food...
Would I go again? Probably not.

If you want a great hamberger, this is the place to go.

Friendly staff. Hamburger buns were cold and stale. The burger was not worth the $12.99.. burger was flavorless. The clam strips were hot but flavorless. Thick cut fries were ok. I wont go back Anytime soon.

We don't live in town anymore but we can visit we love to come here & enjoy a fabulous meal! :-)

We moved back to town last October & we're delighted to be back. See y'all soon

Hamburger Factory is a great restaurant! I love their Philly cheese steak and shakes. Plus its in the middle of a beautiful park and the staff are excellent.

I had a great experience at the Hamburger Factory. We stopped in after a morning hike and had a few beers and a burger. I was happy with the food and service. Would definitely recommend for anyone in the Poway area.

Quaint county vibe. Lots of choices for burgers and sandwiches. Really fast service.

Hamburger Factory is an adventure all of itself. The perfect place to not be in a hurry because not only is the restaurant there but it is surrounded by a beautiful park perfect for singles, couples or families! You can even ride a steam engine train around the park! Hamburger House will not fail you! Any size appetite, any flavor, you will find exactly what you desire here - most excellent food and an awesome beer list! The atmosphere is so comfortable with relics galore! Go and I guarantee you will tell everyone you know about The Hamburger Factory!

Really enjoy the comfort food. Chicken fried steak is good and tender, mashed potatoes yummy with authentic country gravy. Spicy smoked sausage with slaw was great. The dollar sundaes are great for a small taste of ice cream. Prices are not bad. It is a historical Poway landmark, and is famous for its hamburgers.

Really like the friendly atmosphere and our wonderful server. Great hot pastrami sandwich for me, and my 15 year old gives a huge thumbs up for the bacon cheeseburger!

Burgers are amazing, Sarah is an awesome server. I had the branding iron burger loved the jalapenos on it.

Not only is the really good but you will not find friendlier people anywhere. It is truly a family restaurant

The menu and service were beyond my expectations. I absolutely liked the environment of this place. First-rate spot to take the family out for lunch.

Haven't been here in quite a while, on purpose. But, my meal was excellent and others as well.
Had the fried chicken, blue cheese on sour dough with good fries. Others too were happy.

We love this place for breakfast. The coffee is strong the service is great. I have never had anything here that wasn't good. The Bloody Mary is good too I recommend upgrading and put a piece of bacon in it.

Great family restaurant! The decorations make it fun to look around & the little arcade is great for kids of all ages. Even on busy days the wait isn't very long and you have plenty of sights to see with the museum, fountain, train, and walkways through the park.

If your ever at the Hamburger Factory, make sure to try the "Bandit Burger!!" Soooo Good!!

We love Hamburger Factory! It s always such a pleasure coming here. We first tried Hamburger Factory when we moved to Poway a few years ago. So far we ve been here probably 15-20 times and every single time the food is so delicious! We really liked all the burgers that we ve tried so far and we absolutely love their milkshakes!

We also like coming here around holiday seasons because everything is nicely decorated and it really sets the season mood. And i also think it s nice that they have special menu items based on the season. trust me Hamburger Factory never gets boring!
I even took my family who were visiting from Russia here and my mom still says those were the best burgers she has ever tried!

An absolutely great place to have sandwiches or world-class hamburgers and other kinds of great food with equally fabulous service in a wonderful country style ambience.

Met my sister for lunch and even though it was busy, food came fast and was very good.
