Great place. Lots of seating. They need to add a pet friendly area dince they're in a park!

This place is in Poway. Great place to eat. Food is delicious! Our waiter was Juan. Call a head to see if he is working. He is the BEST waiter! He makes you feel like you are family! He is great with the kids too! He also deserves a great tip! This guy loves what he does! We love JUAN!

Very good menu. They also have great GLUTEN-FREE buns so hamburgers are an option. Buns can be substituted for toast at breakfast. Sirloin tips are outstanding! Servers are quick and friendly, especially Tina and Juan.

Interior is Country style design. Not too impressed with the food. I order the chorizo skillet. It was burned underneath. Waitress was not friendly at all.

I loved their mac and cheese, but the only thing is, the servings are super large, and unless you're willing yo eat all of it, the left overs aren't as delish as the first time. Kinda like McDonald's Fries.

They have excellent burgers! Best burgers in tiwn!!

We arrived at the restaurant and waited over an HOUR to receive HALF of our tables food. We had to talk to them to get our food after we were all cold and hungry in the restaurant. The wait was absolutely rediculous. Would not recommend.

Loved this place. Great burgers, a lot to from. Good flavors and good portions for the money. Staff is friendly and attentive. Will go monthly since we moved.

Quite possibly the best burgers I have ever had. I highly recommend to anyone looking for lunch or dinner in the area. You will not regret the decision to go here. The tater tots are perfect

The year was 2019,the day Mother's Day I decided to take my wife and my mother along with my dad, my daughter and niece to The Hamburger Factory in Poway, just a stone's throw from our home in Rancho Bernardo... My parents are not GPS inclined and so they took an extra 30 minutes making the trip over from Lakeside. When we finally all stepped into the restaurant, we were met with the most friendly staff you could ask for. Our waitress was so helpful and delightful.

This place has a great atmosphere, great food, and friendly service. I highly recommend coming out on the weekend when the trains are running.

My third visit, we were please with the food and attentive service. We happened to arrive at a slow time so the restaurant was quieter than usual. Although the waitress spoke very loudly to all her tables so we think she is used to having to talk over the music and all the customer chatter. This visit we ordered a burger and a sandwich. I was pleased that they offered a gluten free bun.

Cozy, local, delicious, great people, and great vibes. What more could you want? I've lived in Poway for almost my whole life and this is the Hamburger Factory lies at the heart of the town. I will never be tired of eating here. For a homey feeling, stop by and don't forget to look up to see what wacky costume the local bear is wearing for the season.

This place has delicious burgers! They're so big, juicy, and flavorful. The breakfast is really good too. So whatever mood you're in, you'll find something tasty here. The location is in a nice "old town" area with a beautiful park and railroad tracks to walk around. Great place for photographs to he taken. I'll definitely go back soon.

Only reason it's not a 5 is because of Covid which is not their fault. Would have preferred to stay and eat.

A male employee was in the bathroom with my 9 year old daughter. My daughter went to use the ladies room, an employee was in there cleaning & DID NOT LEAVE. My daughter not knowing any better went into a stall & did her business, she exited the bathroom & the male employee followed her out. We spoke to manager FRANK who said "what do you want me to do about it?" "He could have been in the mens room, I wasn't there"!! No understanding, no empathy, he simply dismissed us as if we were lying to him. I WATCHED A MALE EMPLOYEE EXIT THE WOMENS REST ROOM SECONDS AFTER MY 9 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER. My daughter verified, the employee was in the adjacent handicap stall WHILE SHE WAS USING THE RESTROOM. This manager has NO UNDERSTANDING as to WHY THIS IS A PROBLEM, he treated us as if we were somehow in the wrong. It seems clear to me & anyone with a young female child why this is an issue!! As far as this manager was concerned, the word of his 19-25 yr old obviously untrained employee is more reliable than patrons of his business for over 20 years. We are outraged.

This place has been an old time fav since I was a kid. Great food and the atmosphere is fun!

Very neat and welcoming spot. They offer generous meals and for affordable prices. We enjoyed the food very much and the waiters were super amiable and informative. Highly recommended.

Meh... Came here about 10 or so years ago, it was meh for me then and it's still meh for me now. If you are someone who likes your food lightly seasoned, this is a good choice. I prefer a lot of flavor myself so it's lacking for me personally. The service was great though and it was decorated nicely for Halloween! It could have been that maybe I didn't order the right thing...i will give it another shot in the future should I end up there

I think 4.5 stars out of 5 would be fair. The service was good, staff was friendly, portion & quality of food vs. price point was good. We enjoyed our meals and wouldn't mind going back to try other things. I would recommend giving this place a try. It is a western/cowboy themed restaurant and comfort food.

Burgers are very good, but everyone needs to try their phenomenal breakfast! This place has been around for eons and their quality and service has always been consistent. Most people also enjoy the ultra-casual rustic, eclectic hunting lodge, picnic atmosphere too.

This place is great if you want a quirky, rustic atmosphere and yummy milk shakes. Family oriented, with a friendly staff. The hamburgers however are nothing special. The food knocks this place down from the 4 stars I wanted to give it. But I've heard the breakfast is definitely good, so I might try it again.

Food is okay but we go here more for the convenience and location. The staff is always amazing, friendly, fun and very attentive.

We (the boyfriend and I) came on Friday night and it was busy. Just about every table was full. We were able to sit at the bar with no wait. Always excellent food! He had the branding iron and I had the ohrburger, and we shared an order of cheese fries. **soo good** Our server was Brittany and she was AMAZING. Girl can hustle. She was goin back and forth between milkshakes, tables, cash register and take out customers and still made sure we were taken care of. Now she did make him feel old as she called him sir (by calling him sir that s how we knew she was young). BUT it wasnt a bad thing at all, we laughed about it all night and completely enjoyed our meal. As always we will be back for more another day.

This is a really cute restaurant in beautiful old Poway Park. My family and I have been coming here for years and we always have a fantastic time.

Customer service is lacking. We showed up as a group of 5, and were told we would have a 15-20 minute wait. After waiting for over 30 minutes, and watching 2 groups of 10 get seated (both of whom arrived after us) I confronted what I believe was the manager and was told that they only had tables for 4 available. Couldn't we have been seated at one of the tables used for the 10's??? We left and will never return.

I've been going to this place for years, its tacky interior only gets more over the top and I love it! The food is good, the waitstaff is sweet and helpful, and so accommodating!

The food is absolutely amazing! I ate a burger here and I can say with confidence this is one of the best burgers I have eaten in a long time! I reccomend this place highly, the food is amazing and they have a good selection of drinks too! 5/5 Stars for good food and good drinks!
