Knowledgeable staff, great gifts available and brilliant drink

Fabulous experience with excellent tour guide/distiller Sarah. She was very knowledgeable and funny. If you are not a whisky drinker then you should still go as you can try a house made gin or vodka instead.

The latest distillery in Scotland is really successful. Great architecture, professionally competent people and products with their own character.

Good gin, a nice tour, and a great guide (Sarah). And if you are driving, they give you a small bottle to taste the gin and whiskey at home during the tasting session.

The tour through the distillery and the tasting was great. Many interesting informations about the distillery and Scottish whisky. Very cool manager.

Amazing to see the transformation of the building and really great tour. Brilliant to see this in Hawick.

Visited as a retailer of Whisky it was great to see a new modern distillery with an impressive investment in the infrastructure. The products they are delivering are very interesting and I was able to take some good footage of the stills and tuns.

Tour guides very knowledgeable across all aspects of the distillery. Very good samples at the end and driver gets two to takeaway. Shop prices are reasonable would recommend

Just popped in to have a look around the shop, had a try of the gin and vodka, surprised at how nice and smooth the vodka was. Very helpful staff and good covid precautions. Came away with a bottle of gin! Shame we couldn't do the tour due to there only being 2 of us.

Fantastic tour! Kristine's knowledge and enthusiasm really came across as she was explaining the distilling process and the history of the site. Make sure you try the gin and vodka!

Amazing distillery in the Scottish Borders! Unique and historic! Loved the tour guide and guided by Sarah while my wife and I booked the tour. Highly recommended! Oops slightly tipsy.

Our tour guide was incredibly knowledgable about the whole distilling process and about the building itself which had been converted from an abandoned factory into the architectural attraction it is today! We loved our visit and would 100% recommend making a detour and booking a tour for this fantastic distillery.
