I found Provident a more proactive and efficient property agency for Dubai property market. One of its agent, Zayed is absolutely right person in this respect. They will always help, support and troubleshoot any issues that arise during purchase. Best of luck for their businesses prosperity.
I have used provident "property management" to do the snagging of my villa.
The snagging was supposed to take quite a time to look at interiors and exteriors. i ended up with an engineer without a ladder, he put some signs on the paint and suggested some door alignments. did not even visit the roof and the whole inspection for a 3 bedroom villa took 1.5 hours which does not make any sense.
The money that they have taken is over expensive for the activities that they have done.
to be fair with them after a complaint they told me that they will do a better service but unfortunately i have already missed my snagging window with the developer.
I got in touch as requested, and still you guys are offering me to redo the snagging.
What you are not able to understand that I had 1 appointment for snagging, where your team came and generate a very basic report that I could have done myself.
You keep telling me that you want to do the snagging again.. this is very funny ... I have received my villa already and I don t think what you have given is worth it.
I am happy that you were able to deliver a better job to one my friends and I hope if people choose you in the future you keep doing a better job.

Al from Provident was one of the best realtors I have met in many years. He was thoughtful enough to even come earlier to the viewing, switch on the AC, lightly scent the unit and proceeded to show the place properly without the usual "unit is open pls see it" cavalier attitude many have. Even on handover, he politely insisted I visit the unit to accept keys, sign off docs. Great mix of highly professional service levels, negotiation skills and emotional intelligence! And I loved how Provident has amazing 360 videos on their listings - that made a huge difference to us in planning our furniture placements before we moved in !

She spent a lot of time showing me couple of flats by Skype, and she managed to offer me a secure way to pay and do all the processes online.
