We wanted to make a short walk at 15.00, called Otterlose sand, which was indicated on a walking and cycling map. To our horror we had to pay 19 euros entrance + 3.80 for the parking lot. Ridiculous. Then he went somewhere else to walk.

Very beautiful nature area for cycling. Beautiful views and it is especially nice that there are bicycles throughout the park that you can grab for free to cycle around. Many varied paths.

Although rather artificial and completely controlled, this is The Netherlands biggest forest and parc. If you buy your 9 euro access pass, it also allows you to take a bicycle to cycle through the parc. This is the way to go: cycle, pause, cycle, pause. There are bikes of all sizes, most equipped with a kids seat. Relax and take your time.

Beautiful, and made wonderful days out. It was quite expensive for six of us, but great value for money. The bikes were perfect, and although some of the bike lanes were very narrow, the kids managed.
Only thing we struggled with was the map, it's not always clear where you are, and signposts can't always be found either.
We went when it was really hot, so the breeze was lovely, and the views are just spectacular.
Kids weren't too excited about Museonder, but enjoyed the film there.
Then had a nice cold drink at the restaurant before heading back.

Beautiful park with nice marked trails. In some places somewhat unclear due to the many route instructions. The purchase of a folder is useful. Nice explanation at various points in the routes. It is also very useful that bicycles are available at various points in the park that you may use! So we could quickly back to the car due to lack of time. Maybe it's good to check the bikes once.

Prachtig om er te fietsen en te wandelen. Als je geluk hebt zie je edelherten, hinden, en zwijntjes. Het restaurant bij het museonder is geweldig goed georganiseerd en lekker om er te eten of gewoon een drankje te doen. Zeer vriendelijk personeel!

Be sure to buy that ticket for 2 euros. You will certainly enjoy it.

Wow! It is soooo super big. You can enter it by car, on foot and by bike! It is super beautiful and there is a good chance of seeing animals! Nice visitor center and also a cool hunting lodge. Certainly worth a visit! Only it is expensive. But this way you can maintain it well.

Had a great cycling day cycled through the park from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. 65 km total. 2 deer, 4 adult pigs and dozens of young pigs spotted. Large birds of prey, the cuckoo and lots of beautiful nature.
A great day.

Beautiful nature park, more than worth a visit with all its 'attractions'. The hunting lodge, Kroller Moller and the visitor center are very interesting for anyone who likes nature, history and history. All others are better off at Efteling

A good place for a day visit. The park stretches over between Apeldoorn and Arnhem. We took a bus from Apeldoorn stn to the park. On entry we took bikes which are rented out free. A bike is a must inside to view the park. Veluwe is a beautiful park with part forest, part sand dune, park rocky flat ground with outstanding scenery. The park also houses few animals like deers, which can be seen deep in the forest. Pathways are marked with symbols and directions to locate the animals. We started cycling from apeldoorn end and made it to south exit at Arnhem and took around 3-4 hours. In the centre of park is a nice musuem accompanied with a open air art exhibits and a restaurant. However be careful with the weather, too much heat or rainfall will spoil the trip.
