Here is what the green space near my home looks like. Last mowing May 16, 2019. my mother is in urgent need of her survivor's pension because she does not have a pension and she has to pay for the retirement home every month. This attitude of the civil service is unacceptable and unworthy of a service of a town hall.

The precariousness of the citizens is often caused by the negligence of the services of this Town Hall.

It is not common that I post negative comments but I confirm that the reception of the Town Hall is not really "welcoming". In 10 calls: music waiting 30s then phone that hangs up suddenly, phone picks up, waiting and patotte ... then it hangs suddenly, a transmission to a service (wait and then hang up). New call after 25 minutes: I allow myself to point out to the receptionist that I have trouble accessing the service (and I'm cool) that does not let me finish my sentence and retransmits my call and finally .. a very nice technical agent take my request. Balance, 30 minutes lost to have an email address or send an CERFA. Suggestion: (1) improve the reception, (2) upgrade to a multiple choice electronic standard to avoid reception, (3) improve the availability of cerfa and mention the email addresses on the website of the town hall ( in my case cadastral matrix request). Nb: this note only applies to the reception.

Unable to obtain service.
After 5 calls The switchboard systematically transfers you without worrying whether the service transmitted will answer.
Suddenly, it's answering machine ....
What a lack of respect!

When I see their opening hours (and therefore "work") as well as their responsiveness when we are there, I tell myself that I should have entered the public service to properly shake my balls hidden, even if the building makes you want to throw up so much the architecture of the thing makes the eyes bleed ...

Request for birth certificate made online on December 13, 2019. January 17, 2020, still no news of the document. I had to harass the town hall by email and phone to have my birth certificate sent in time to file my marriage dossier. Unacceptable.
