I have purchased my last 3 vehicles from Steve Marshall Ford Lincoln. I can't think of any other dealership who has given me the time and patience needed when purchasing my vehicles. Steve Marshall Ford Lincoln's staff always have a smile on their face and are eager to help and they always seem to have fun events going on in their show room. I look forward to my next purchase!!

I want to start off by saying the sales rep Steve
was amazing, he understood I was very busy and didn t have a lot of time to go into the dealership and look at a lot of vehicles. I told him what I wanted over the phone and he called me back promptly with what I wanted .
I only spent a total of 2 hours at the dealership over the period of two days and drove away with my new 2019 F-350 Lariat. They have the best and truly unbeatable prices on Vancouver Island.I would highly recommend the drive to Nanaimo to see them.

My 71-yr old Mom was treated with great respect by Rob Willoughby who helped her purchase her NEW car. Everyone (including Rob) was very helpful and friendly. We were fortunate to be at the dealership late in the day, during Lady's Night. What a brilliant idea to host an information + entertaining evening for ladies in the community. Shawn the comedian / magician was outstanding. I can't say I've ever been to car dealership like this one before ... it was a VERY positive experience. Congrats to the entire team!

I applied online for a new or used vehicle about a week or more ago, got a phone call a day later to confirm some information and haven't heard one thing since then I guess my credit is a smidge crappy but they never even bothered to call me and say hey sorry cant do anything for you but nothing at all for well over a week what poor customer service

In response to the owners remark, I was NOT contacted in any way shape or form. You have my house number and two different cell numbers to reach me at plus I have call display and an answering machine so excuse my french but I call bullshit.

Our experience with the Adam Iverson in the sales department was 110%. WOW, love him. He was patience and fun, a pleasure to deal with. This was totally unexpected as I normally don't care for salespeople in general. I would like to adopt him. Thank you Adam.

Sales staff, management and service are all top notch!

Bought a used truck from them. Generally in great shape. A couple of things needed to be taken care of after the sale and they held true and fixed things.

Had the companys 2014 ford transit service vans computer replaced and was happy with the detail that was put into the service by ford. Despite seeing more volume at the dealership than others I have been to, they had us taken care of as promised. It s clear that Wyatt and the team are very experienced at what they do.

I took my car in, unannounced, early Friday morning because it was making an odd noise and I wanted to make sure it was safe to drive. As soon as I walked through the front doors, Pat greeted me and helped me out. Trevor came out immediately and took a look at the car, noticing right away what was wrong with it. In a quick, super-easy whirlwind, Trevor took my information, set me up with a loaner car and let me know the part needed would be in tomorrow and I would be called when my car was ready. I wasn't even late for work! Everything was super efficient and I left feeling super grateful and happy about how well I was treated as opposed to upset that my car broke! What a world!

Got undercoating here for $250. Took awhile to pay since it was quite busy but it was worth it. The Steve Madden facility is quite large, lots of people. I am actually surprised I didn't literally get lost. I think overall it was a generally good experience.

I found a vehicle from this dealership online and emailed their sales team. Kai Huculak was quick to respond and even took the time to send me a personalized "walk through" video and details about the SUV I was interested in. When at the dealership Kai was very understanding and professional with any questions or concerns we had. He took very good care of us and was also very personal. Overall I had a great experience from start to finish!

What a great place everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable, especially the tall guy I think he s the fleet leader. The service department will really cater to all your fleet needs! No other place to shop for all your vehicles and service work.

car lot. I never needed a car because it was done in less then two hours, enough to sit and talk with the Steve Marshall staff and enjoy waiting.

Due to a previous job, I have worked with literally hundreds of car dealerships over the years. Service departments were always the parts of the dealerships which I found made or broke the experience - and I'm happy to say that Steve Marshall Ford's Service department is among the top tier of those I've seen. They are courteous, organized, effective, and a pleasure to be around. I can easily, thoroughly recommend this service department!!

Service department is a joke.

I waited two weeks for my appointment to have a wheel bearing replace. Took my vehical in well before my appointment time, 7:30am and my appointment was at 10am. At the time of drop off I informed the service advisor that I needed the vehical back by 4:30pm. I had to call the dealership at 3:30pm only to find out that they havn't touched my vehical. The advisor said we cant get it done till the next day. I needed the vehical so finally they offered to stay late was told it would be done no later then 6pm vehical was finished at 7pm. Things happen I understand that but a phone call would have been nice.

Now the final nail in the coffin when I was walking around my car two days later I noticed they completely forgot to put a lug nut on to the tire. When we called to tell the advisor this was told lug nuts missing don't matter.

This is just one of the several bad service experiences my wife and I received. I would recommend staying far away from this service department.

What an awesome experience! Lexy was my sales consultant and was so knowledgable, helpful, and just overall wonderful in helping me find my car. Everyone I met with was genuinely friendly and there was no feeling of being pressured into a sale which has always turned me off of car shopping in the past. I will definitely come back when it's time for my next vehicle and highly recommend this dealership.

I found an amazing deal on a used Chrysler 200. I drove all the way from Victoria to look at this car in Nanaimo because it looked perfect for what I was wanting and in a price range I could afford. John Erickson assisted me and was very pleasant to deal with. He was very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend going to see him if you're looking for a vehicle! Every time I see my car I smile; it is the perfect fit for me and I'm thankful for the help I had making it my own. Thanks John and Steve Marshall Ford Lincoln.

Steve Marshall Ford sold me newer f150, it had very low KM (14000km)... they advertised as if it had zero issues. A year after purchasing I brought the warrantied truck in for regular maintenance, the service department accidentally gave me their paperwork pertaining to an existing engine problem. (Audible engine knock from cylinder #5 - does not operate properly) They never disclosed this issue or showed me this paperwork during the sale of the vehicle. When I confronted them about this they were very defensive and asked for their paperwork back. I expressed obvious concern but they assured me that ford engineering suspects no long or short term effects from the cylinder knock... What really gets me is that I paid top dollar for this truck whilst they hid paperwork of this known engine characteristic . If I would have known about this engine characteristic I wouldn t have looked at the truck to begin with. While discussing my concerns with the dealership they placated the whole ordeal and are attempting to wash their hands. I d like to personally thank Rob Willoughby the salesman who wrongfully sold me the truck and Marc Ebdrup the operations manager for standing behind him.

Went into the dealership with specific vehicle and price in mind. Lexy blew my mind, not only did I get what I wanted for my trade in, the sale price of the new unit was unbeatable. Great service from reception, sales, finance and service staff. As our fleet grows, so will our relationship with Steve Marshall.

Service Department is always friendly and inviting, I really feel like they listen to what I have to say and try to give me the best advice when it comes to my vehicle, they are also fast and efficient. Sales team are knowledgeable and always know how to make the buying experience a fun one! Steve Marshall Ford Lincoln is the best dealership in town, hands down!

Service department is excellent, recent hires of younger women, have made my experiance, dealing with service 'relaxed'..and 'uncomplicated'. If you are trying to buy a used vehicle, you might want to go somewhere else! I felt insulted, and they are not willing to deal, when they say they are! If you say you are open to offers, and then say you will only accept FULL PRICE....YOUR NOT OPEN TO OFFERS!
