Jason Ridley has been my insurance agent for more than two years. I was with the previous company for years but Jason was able to provide more and better coverage for our boat, auto, home plus other insurance for less money while providing better service.

When I had a claim they handled it promptly and the claim was resolved quickly to my satisfaction.

Jason and his team have always been available to help resolve my questions and issues. I would recommend Jason and his Agency to anyone looking for a Superior Insurance Agent.

I can not say enough good things about this amazing insurance Agency. Our family has been with this agency for over 10 years and in that time we have been taken care of in multiple locations with amazing customer service and personalized care. When our home flooded and our kitchen had to be completely ripped out and the possibility of one of the main structural walls of our home having to be repaired not only did our insurance company take care of us but our particular agent did whatever she could to make sure that we were OK. Thank you does not cover what they have done for us, I could not more highly recommend another insurance agency or Agent!

We selected Jason Ridley because of his sincere, honest and selfless commitment to our community. Immediately he was able to reduce our premiums, helped us review our risks and add coverage as needed... all while saving us hundreds of dollars! BUT, the reason we will never go anywhere else? When our house flooded due to broken pipe Jason and his wonderful team helped walk us through the claim process, making sure we were fixed AND made whole. Knowing that the Jason Ridley Team is local, accessible and committed to our neighborhood is why we continue to recommend them to all our friends & family!

Horrible agency. I have had a business policy that has gotten renewed year after year. No one from the Ridley Agency has EVER reached out to review my coverage, check in on my business, or just say Thank You for continued business.

I finally did have a claim on my business and learned that my coverage was insufficient and that the policy was not appropriate for the type of business that I'm in.

I was treated horribly by the Jason Ridley Agency in that they didn't return phone calls as promised, they never followed up, they offered zero guidance before or during the claim process. They literally told me that they couldn't explain my coverage, couldn't guide me in best practices, and referred me to file a claim and figure it out from there.

The result is an $80,000 loss to my business that cannot be recovered. As a business owner, I did everything 'right' in that I trusted 'the professionals' to guide me, I paid my premiums every year on time, and was left completely exposed and mishandled.

This should NOT be your agency of choice!

Jason and his team insure my home and autos. Jason always takes the time to make sure he has all the details correct so it is done right the first time. Prices are better than my previous insurance company I had for over 20 years. They always contact me when it is renewal time to make sure that I don't have any changes that need to be made. I have had Jason as my insurance agent for several years, both business and personal. I work with Jason on my personal insurance, and a couple of years ago he found a way to lower my cost without lowering coverage. He really understands how escrow works and was able to save me quite a bit. I work with Matt on my business insurance. I have used Jason Ridleys Nationwide office in Colleyville since they opened. My son switched when he bought a new vehicle and his agency for a number of years was going to raise his rate substantially. Later that year, he passed away. One of my many tasks following was to deal with his truck & insurance. The compassion, professionalism & efficiency I received by Rebecca was more than appreciated during this time. She let me know from insurance standpoint what my options were & was more than helpful getting it taken care of so as not to cause me anymore duress.
Matt & Brian were also helpful to me on numerous occasions with my own acct.
