If you don't have at least 8h to waste...don't bother to get a load from these warehouse!!!

Sterling has a great team in both LAX and MIA. Communication is swift and their staff produces results. Have been doing business with them for several years now moving hundreds of shipments and I don't have any complaints. Even when there is a slight delay due to weather, mechanical etc- they keep me informed which is critical for my business. Thank you Sterling- great work.

We've been using Sterling transportation for domestic shipping purposes for many years & could not be happier. They are very fast an efficient.

I had a shipment from Miami. It arrived in in Los Angeles . I checked with Sterling and they informed me it had been forwarded on to Eureka California. After a week I contacted them again and got no response. Finally I called the shipper in Miami who after several tries managed to get them to say that it was on its way back to Miami. Their excuse was that the delivery address was residential not commercial. No prior contact with the recipient or shipper just sent it back.

UPDATE: After getting a message from the manufacturer that the shipment was not going to be delivered we got a call from a local trucking company that the shipment would be delivered tomorrow. I am not sure what went wrong with this shipment but it seems that communication was the problem. Partially the fault of Sterling and partially everybody else. This all may be due to the Covid 19 issue and short staffing.

Looking for a solution in the logistic world, your solution relies on Sterling to get the things brought to the necessary place without problem

Sterling transportation well usual wait time is about 1 hour do to covid19 they dont allow drivers to use their restroom they should be consider drivers since their essential to their business and at least put a portable potty

I just receive a call from who said was the supervisor of this company, unfortunately I was kind of confuse with his question, and he was ver...very rude ...and hung up on me with is very unprofessional. I tried to call him back to obtain a human resources department. And he just hung up on me again. Thank God I need a job, but I think I deserve some respect as a person looking for a job.

It is a safe place to load. You have to wait a long time but you leave with a load. They have a bathroom and shower but the water is cold.
