Class was very disorganized. Instructor told stories instead of teaching. Didn't cover several important topics. Students were allowed to pass the NYS skills exam without performing the skills properly. They do have a small handful of good lab instructors, but overall the academy is a mess. Would not recommend and honestly the place should be investigated for how they cut corners and allow cheating. EMTs deserve better training.
