I've worked with Sterling insurance for the past 5 + years. They truly value each and every customer and policy holder. They go above and beyond any way they can and I have never had a customer give any negative feedback on claims and/or service. I am thankful to have been selected to partner with such an outstanding company and I trust that they will always do the right thing for my clients.
Absolutely the biggest con of a insurance company. I have a friend with a house that is unsafe to occupy and for over 5 weeks is basically homeless since she filed the claim. They were so negligent it was 3 weeks after the claim was filed and anyone showed up and did nothing. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR PROBLEMS.
Terrible. They have unethical practices. They denied claim and adjuster didn t even do his job correctly. Was arguing over cause of damage . One of the worst companies to deal with . One of women in the office was extremely rude to deal with. My grandfather has paying these people for years for coverage that is not there. I m reporting these animals to the state for this garbage they pulled with my grandfather.
When I need assistance, they always respond in a timely manner whether it's an email or a return telephone call. They are always helpful and friendly!!
Please don t use this company, they simply do not care to help you when you need it most.
Sterling proved that they really care about their customers. My claim was handled quickly and accurately and everyone there was a pleasure to deal with. I cannot recommend this great company enough!

Do not use them for any insurance whatsoever. You pay your premiums on time but God help you if you have an accident. They will not pay you and use all kinds of unethical loopholes to NOT pay you. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
Absolutely horrible. They have no intention of helping you and only try to dismiss your concerns and claims without hearing details. Classic example of an insurance company only looking out for themselves. Do not do business with them.
