My EXPERIENCE at rise academy was AMAZING!! I do truly recommend this school for people that need their high school diploma or that want to get their GED done this school has help me so much in the last few months on getting my diploma it has been an amazing journey and I am super proud of myself and the teachers who have taught me and helped me get my diploma they are super helpful they care so much about you and your education and they are willing to help you as much as they can to get you where you want to be they helped me learn things I never even learned before out of these months that I ve been at RISE I am blown I feel smarter I feel educated and most importantly I feel great about myself I feel happy that I did this. these teachers are amazing and I truly truly recommend this school and of course always Ask your teachers For help as much is you need don t be afraid to feel dumb because you re not dumb if you don t know it s because no one ever taught you and it s OK To ask Questions. I had an amazing experience and I hope you do too and I truly recommend This school for people who want to get their diploma or GED try it for yourself get started here !!!!

Rise Academy gave me the opportunity to complete my high school diploma, and for that I am grateful for what this establishment and all of their instructors, and staff have provided. I HONESTLY believe that the instructors and counselors care a great deal about the students wanting to complete their education. Respect the school, respect yourself, show up to class and do the work, and you'll do just fine. I will be graduating this summer at the age of 40. So, don't give up, it's never too late!

I love this school!! The entire staff is very kind, encouraging, helpful and patient. They are literally the pot of gold it s not one life situation they won t and can t work around they help you with anything!! they will let you know they are here for you. You will feel very welcome after the first day maybe even after orientation, I can t stress this enough about how amazing this school is I love it I love it I love it and because of them I m graduating!!! I would recommend this school to ANYBODY! We all are family haven t seen, heard or had one rude comment or person everybody is amazing.

If you are looking to get back into school for your GED, or you high school diploma this is the school to go to! I can't explain how thrilled I am to be a part of this school! I have gained so much more self confidence from not just the school it's self but all the teachers and staff.

I got my HiSET through RISE and the people here were more than helpful in my pursuit of my HiSET and encouraged me all the way! Awesome people! Awesome place!

not impressed at all so far. 2 weeks trying to get my damn schedule only to receive bs excuse about the counselors being out or leaving a voice mail knowing i wont receive a call back.. i can clearly understand why people before me gave up if this is what they dealt with

This school could teach a thing or two to Washoe County School District
In the matter of 4 months I learned a lot more then a full semester in Public School.
Although my prior school had amazing teachers a lot of new teachers came into play, to say the least a lot of children were left behind.

At Rise i felt like an adult but still had that hand on my shoulder when I started falling behind.
Rise isn't just a school to finish up, it shows you in a very corporate and rigid world there is still hope. To say the least I felt like an actual human being to this institution.

They really help you out to move forward and archive your goals.

Extremely mad I went to take my hiset test today and I went to go in to take my test and this old lady locked me out she could of let me in it was 9:00 on the dot but she had a power trip and wouldn't let me in ....now it makes it that much harder to get my high school equivalency and if I didn't want it more it could of discouraged me to get it at all....these people are supposed to be helping yet they don't care about the students and are only there because it's there job.......

When I was here I experienced more bad then good. I had a teacher her name was Ms.Itani in summer she is a really bad teacher. She did not teach very well she did not grade my final even though I did it. She gave me the grade she wanted to give me. I did all my work and she said that I had things missing. I had gone every day to school and she said I was missing days.I recommend no one here because she is a really bad teacher.
