Absolutely the biggest con of a insurance company. I have a friend with a house that is unsafe to occupy and for over 5 weeks is basically homeless since she filed the claim. They were so negligent it was 3 weeks after the claim was filed and anyone showed up and did nothing. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR PROBLEMS.
