I had worked for two years.
Company has nice infracture and at prime location in vadodara.

Pros-
Good company for fresher.
They providing food at free of cost.
Good leave policy and Indian holiday leave.
Salary on time.

Cons-
Not recommended for experience person.
They dont have core subject work.more work are like data entry.
Incriment and promotion criteria are not fix.
Totaly marathi culture as they have marathis on key positions. They will talk in marathi infront of you everytime.pour HR policy as it will be change at any time.experienced persons has left this company so 70-80%staff are new.they had arranged 3mega job fair in last year but they not get any quality employee.Managers have not proper process knowledge as they are always busy in promotion of their culture. Culture is good but its for free people as they celebrating different days througout the year and by forcefully you need to be present during those day. Mobile phone is not alowed in company. No flaxible timing. They have recreation activity like table tanish,pool table,chess but you are only alowed to play for 20 minutes in a week. No woklife balance.

It is nice place to work and learn grow yourself fast. Senior colleagues are very cooperative. Work culture is wonderful. Company Providing free meal. Company providing Indian holiday which is good.

Marathi Culture, Marathi Oriented company, Rules are for an outsider not for the employee belongs to Marathi background.
Poor Management, Poor managers(Especially operations managers(DS & SS) and one admin guy Dushyant)

I worked in Stemmons for almost five years. It has been a very good experience for me. Great work culture and atmosphere, learnt many things under leadership of Nishant Sir and Amit Bhai.

Working place and culture is awesome and ready to get support and assist in knowing the work guidance.

The company supports national holidays and always supportive and friendly nature from Seniors to grow in work. Encouraged to participate in Events and sports.
The Management has done several initiative that they can to make it the safest work environment possible and proved positive during pandemic crisis.

Pros:

Currently i am working with stemmons. there is good work culture, and supportive staff. very helpful.
they provide free meal. and also every end of the month. they enjoyed celebration. and every quarterly they have award wining function. so over all good hike and promotion chances there.
COO's nature is so nice with employees. also in operations managers very good supportive to all candidates.

Cons:
I observed some the major things about stemmons manager. There is not good behavior of OPT. Assistant Manager.

They feel to us as a school atmosphere. OPT. Assistant Manager is very careless about work. He is not seating on his desk at the time of work. And he is walk away and like a security man and ping to us in every hour.

No freedom to talk within a team members in free time in work zone 3 Annex 1. in privately he did Mentally Harassment and interfered to all other teams. over all we feel like school here students and teacher.

So please take the action as well. Thank you.

I dont get job because of degree i get degree my study is running. Everyone have some fincial problems. Thats why they have experience but they dont have degree. please support i request you

If you want your offer letter they need cheque.that is very important than anything whether a person is staying at proper place or not in unknown city.he is taking proper food or not.Even they don't believe on rental agreement.
Went to vadodara from my city.company did not provide any pay for that.totally waste.

Everything is terrible here.

Cons:
They are paying too less compared to working hours, company is completely manager oriented, they are the one who has all powers and they can use their power in every possible way to make their (personal)work from employee in completely negative way.

Since 3 years, they are not doing any kind of pay rise, even though company is making good amount of growth in terms of employees. At one side they are hiring employees and at other side they are telling that company is not generating revenue, so can t gave increment.

Managers are completely non-technical person, still many times, they do interfere in technical work as they just want to prove that they are more knowledgeable. Whatever rules they are making, it s just for normal employee , there are different set of rules for managers, senior members and employees coming from Marathi community, they have rights to break rules, but when any other employee break any rule by chance, they want full explanation from him.

Work culture is completely bad and mostly management people are having Unethical behavior. Manager has full control on policies, for every single department, the rules are different.. HR is just a spectator.

And yes they don t feel bad when it comes to screwing the employee career, even it is a small mistake. Many times they took personal revenge on few employees also. They forced to work during weekend / from home without any extra benefit.

Now they increased notice period which is 2 months. Because many employee left it due to less pay or because of mental pressure. You can t negotiate in notice period, you must have to fill that notice period even if you submit your full work to your replacement.

Please Do Not Join In Else You Are Spoiling Your Mental Peace.

Advice to Management
Shut down the company if you don't know how to behave to your employees.
Learn some Management lessons, Do Respect Your Position and Don t Act like Typical Clerk in front of COO / CEO or Foreign Boxer Employees

Advantages:

1) Salary on time.
2) Didn't get any pressure from counter parts.
3) great culture

Disadvantages:

1) Admin staff & HR staff are very rude, even they don't know how to talk with employees.
2) Stemmons has not enough tea card.
3) During pandemic, once you enter in the Stemmons, you can't go outside even not cross Stemmons gate.

Pros:-

- Good Infrastructure
- One time meal (Free of cost)
- Co-Operative Colleagues
- Good Culture & Work atmosphere

Cons:-
- Very Bad experience with HR, never reply on important matter, Very lazy & very irresponsible. They take 2 months for 3 days process.
Assistant Operation manager with just experience of less than year can become Operation Manager (Just because he is relative of COO). He has not even basic knowledge of Operations or Accounts.
Very promising & growing career.

- They promote marathi culture & give importance to people belonging from marathi background.
- Management does not care about individual employee they only care about their rules & regulations which changes if you are the favorite employee of the manager/COO.
- As per the policy blood relatives/sibling brother or sister cannot work together, whereas they already have two brothers working together one in Operations & another in Admin

- Very Disciplined company, where you must stick with timings, for break also. while it is not applicable to managers, they can roam in office whole day (Because they do not have knowledge or work so just do gossip & time pass)

I would say advertisement of Up Grade is perfectly suitable for this company.
"Muje chatne ki jaurat nahi" because this chatu type of people will get very good promotion. If person is very good in such things than, person will definitely promoted at manager level post even though he/she dont know about any basics of any work.

If person is terminated from any other company, than such person will get directly Executive level post.
