Stein Eriksen Lodge was amazing, the whole atmosphere is awesome and then the food is absolutely ridiculous, it was so good! Literally everything in the buffet is amazing, highly recommend!
Beautiful location. Incredible service. Rooms are amazing. Can't say enough about how wonderful this lodge is.
Apres Ski Fondue was great. Smores by the fire even better.
If you are ever in Park.City, UT this is the place to go . The prices are reasonable.
Pool was amazing, particularly when it began to snow and we were the only family to brave the weather and go for a swim in the 89 degree F water.
We ve stayed here a couple times in the past and had good service throughout the hotel. The restaurant service has absymal this year. In three visits we made to the restaurant we had to ask the hostess for a waiter. From the looks of the other tables in our area, we weren t alone. The ski valet was very good though. We ll pass on this lodge next trip.
Incredible! Incredible room, staff and amenities. Beautiful view from the room and the room was very quiet.
Amazing Thanksgiving buffet. So many choices, great time had by all!
Beautiful location and surroundings. Father's Day Brunch was very good.
We went to an event for extended family. The accommodations are quite comfortable and the employees are very friendly and helpful. They helped me with my luggage when I arrived and took my car to be parked. The food is very rich too. I will return in the future.
This hotel is gorgeous! Fantastic food and exemplary customer service!
We come up here about 4 times a year to get away from the city. Love the beautiful scenery and atmosphere. Also they have one of the best restaurants in Park City. Staff is welcoming and attentive to every need. Worth the price.
Great staff, very helpful and made our stay stress free so we could enjoy the mountain.
It's a really nice place for your event or stay. The staff are very professional and the food is excellent. Views from the lodge are stunning. It's pretty much worth the cost.
Always ready to accommodate your needs, no matter what those are. From preparing our suite for a surprise birthday party while we went out to dinner to wrapping your charging cords with a black ribbon so it s not all tangled up. Attention to every detail in a home in the woods type of atmosphere. My favorite!
Beautiful view of the mountains and sunset. The food was superb!
Fantastic room accommodations with unbeatable scenics views! Make sure to check out the spa and treatments to really make the trip special.
THIS, is one of the best places to be in Park City, if not in the whole state. This hotel is a destination experience that is worth every penny. You get, what you pay for! This is one, incredible location for corporate retreats and meetings, which my companies have had here many times over the past few years. We enjoyed our recent stay, Thank You so much for being so incredible!
oh my goodness...= I stayed here in November at the beginning of the ski season... I had a 1 bedroom suite with hotub located in the west wing..... GORGEOUS... being a Venetian/Palazzo Snob from Vegas, I had high expectations.... and Stein Eriksen exceeded them in every possible way! forgot my laptop in my car and the friendly bellman said, ill be right back with it..... I went out onto the balcony for like 1 minute and he was literally right back with it! This place is rated 5 star 5 diamond for a reason... I cannot wait until my next stay at Stein.
My favorite stay-cation place in all of Utah! Excellent white glove service from all the staff. The property is amazing! The rooms are cozy and chic. It's perfect for a romantic getaway! You most splurge and try the Sunday Brunch. It's very pricey, but the brown sugar bacon and the buffets of paradise are so worth it.
Stunning and great service! Awesome gym, lovely heated pool and great rooms.
Great place to stay or just go for drinks. Try the pretzel, you ll thank me!
Beautiful property located in the heart of Deer Valley ski country. Amazing views and the best snow imaginable. Highly recommend!
Went for Sunday brunch. The best brunch I've ever had. So much variety with just as much quality. Price is as expected for the quality and service of the restaurant. Would recommend, A+.
Our main problem (and almost only) was with the private hot tub in our room, one of the main reasons we chose this place. The bromine level was way too high. Both of our eyes and throats were burning after 15 minutes, or skin itched all night and the next day, and everything we washed our swimsuits with still smells like bromine 4 washes later. The engineer who addressed this measured the bromine at 10 ppm; the normal range is 1-3 ppm. They drained and refilled the tub immediately after we told them, but this, and our burned out light bulbs, were simple things that should have been checked before we arrived. We received 2 chocolates for our inconvenience. The staff and service were the best otherwise.
A really nice spot with a friendly staff and comfortable accommodations. It's really pretty here at sunset.
The best park city experience. Ski in lodging, great shops and wonderful dinning.
I visited the Lodge after we went skiing. We had dinner and enjoyed the beautiful atmosphere. The service was amazing and the seafood was fresh. We love to eat here after a long day of skiing.
The lunch buffet was spectacular, even for $50. The service? Don't expect much. Our waiter struggled to split the bill and ended up overcharging us $20, which we would have asked him to correct if we hadn't already been waiting on his fixing his earlier mistakes trying to split the bill while we waited for 20 minutes or more.
The worst part? The manager was standing right by him helping him fix it and didn't even acknowledge us. Never came over, never apologized for the mix up. Unbelievable.
My advice? Pay cash and don't expect much service.
Wow. The food is amazing here. Really enjoyed sitting on the deck outside and looking at mountains while eating fantastic dishes. Highly recommend
I want to first clarify that I did not stay at the Stein Erikson.
I just began planning my wedding and the Stein Erikson was our first choice for a venue. We saw online the amazing grounds and the beautiful pictures of the hotels decor and past weddings at the lodge.
I called the Stein Erikson on two separate occasions (on weekdays) and left my phone number both times as well as sent an email to their events department and never receive a response until many days later.
I was so disappointed by the lack of response that we ended up booking another location that was just as beautiful and more responsive/customer focused.
I was too concerned that if the Stein Erikson couldn't return a call, message or email that they were not going to be responsive if I booked my wedding at their location. If you're going to be pay what it costs to have a wedding at the Stein Erikson, you want to know that they're on top of things.
Recommending to the staff to hire more employees who can reach back out to potential customers. You're losing tens of thousands of dollars by ghosting potential clients.
They went above and beyond to make sure our anniversary was excellent. Would recommend their service to anyone. Fire Alarms went off and they were incredible making sure we still had a great experience.
Great lodge, amazing food, be sure to get a hot tub room.
Such a beautiful place. Fantastic service and great amenities. My kids loved the movie theater room. Can t wait to go back.
Be outside for SUPER SOFT beds. "Hurt my back" kind of soft.
Its cozy and warm staff is really nice, love the food there! U can rest there after skiing.
Fun to go in and see the gingerbread creation at Christmas time.
Love the lodge, bar, restaurant, happy hour, horse drawn sleigh and the best ski in ski out on the mountain. Oh! And the spa is top notch!
The event areas are nice and open. Some hallways and stairs feel narrow. The view and layout is great.
We do the Sunday brunch every year with a group and it is always something we look forward to and greatly enjoy!

The furnace in the main area was broken the entire first night. We were freezing. Three of us crammed into the bed in the master. Maintenance didn't fix it until 11am the next day. At $650 per night this is unacceptable. We should have been moved to another room. We were given $100 off of a room that was unusable for 3 people. We will be taking our business elsewhere, a shame since we have visited Stein for the past 5 years.
I love this place. The spa is awesome. The onsite dining is great. The accommodations are top notch.
Incredible buffet and service, especially our waiter Noel. Should allow snowboarding tho
Our stay as part of a corporate event was amazing! Our room had a nice jetted tub and fireplace and the property itself did not disappoint. The catered dinner was delicious but the buffet breakfast in the morning was the best I've ever had. It was absolutely incredible. L
We went here for our Honeymoon, the Deluxe room was beautiful and the private hot tub was a really nice touch. Everything in the room feels premium, and it is so hard to leave when your stay is over. We got the spa package with a couples massage, and I highly recommend it. The spa amenities and relaxation room are breathtaking and the staff is great. One of the nicest evenings we have ever had, and the Troll Hallen breakfast in the morning was an incredible way to top it all off. I hope to go back for our anniversary!
Central location in Deer Valley ski in ski out. Great place to stay or stop in for lunch a drink by the fire or on the sunny outdoor terrace. Old world history and charm abound. Great uniforms on the staff.
Very clean!! Regular sanitizing great food!! Amazing service fast and friendly
There is a reason Stein Eriksen Lodge has the reputation as one of the top luxury resorts in the state, and it lives up to every ounce of it. Everything in the room oozes comfort and a mountain lodge feel. The service staff are incredibly helpful. And of course the food is equally excellent. Worth every penny!
Excellent drinks and food! Worth stopping by to enjoy elegance and first class service.
Fantastic dinner at Glitretind. All the dishes we tried were delicious!
I have always had amazing experiences here. The staff is fantastic. They are all about the details here. Loved the Sunday brunch! You truly can t beat the mountain surroundings. The spa is amazing. Make sure you get a massage.
Very beautiful lodge. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay while I was here.
Excellent service, staff make you feel welcome and at ease. Rooms are comfortable, clean. Pillows and beds are heavenly soft. Plugs are easily accessible from either night stand.
