Hotel with all the best comfort, impeccable service and full availability of staff. Great free shuttle service to major attractions and events ... very cozy and quiet rooms, style a bit 'retro but fully functional. The balcony offers a view worthy of the name "Belvedere". Restaurant with local cuisine excellent and some of the most interesting creative proposals (if you like this meat, try the lamb!). Beautiful pool and spa, but I didn't have time to use them ...

Great hotel. Has everything that you need for a sky holiday or if you probably go for business meetings. It s not modern but has good roots of old constructions.

Great hotel with old school charm. Room service was very good, the rooms were luxurious and the spa was great for healing the days aches with heat. Only issue was the fact the spa was overtaken by children for the entire evening of each of our 4 night stay. On Check-out, we were told it was due to the Easter break, but, I noticed other reviews commented on this. Most spas tend to have an adult only time. It might be worth considering this. We probably wouldn t return if there was not a clear policy put in place.

Excellent hotel worth the experience, it was expensive for me

Price / performance ratio is not right at all, management seems disorganized, orientation of the development co. Unattractive, restaurant i.O.

I often come to Davos and usually stay at the 5 star Hotel Seehof.
Since I also wanted to try the 5 star Steigenberger Grand Hotel, I booked a single superior.
To say the least, I found it impertinent to offer me a room that was a little bigger than a store room.

The room had two windows, the one at the back where immediately a few meters further up a very steep mountain.
The other window was also directly in front of another building.
In front of these windows huge masses of snow piled up, which additionally darkened the room.

I felt like in a mouse hole.
This accommodation is not worthy of a 5 star hotel.

My complaint at the front desk, was dismissed, it would just be an old building.
Another room was not offered.
The room rates are not adapted to this alleged old building and quite high.

I can not recommend this hotel in any case.
Because the room and the service are unfortunately not adapted to the room rate.

Too bad, because so you can get rid of the guests.

Beautiful hotel, in beautiful Davos, my room with a balcony is elegant, the service very courteous and the food is excellent, the same applies to the location and facilities of the hotel. It's a Steigenberger, you can tell by how top-class it is. Would love to repeat for a few more days in the future. Highly recommended.
