Good hotel, good service. But the food is repeated all the time, in a more and more varied and.

Wonderful hotel in the center of Hurghada where you get more than what you have at the agency price. The staff who met all our wishes and requests. If I ever fly to Egypt, the definitive choice of hotel is the Staigenberger Group.

So here I have a lot to write, hotel deserves in my eyes, not 5 star . I had vacationed there with my family. I was ill for 14 days . Then this hotel was very dirty !!! That did not work. Hurgadha is no longer an option for me. The people are very pushy !!! Weather is mega ... Beach section was heaped up ... not great either but not so bad. The hygiene does not work. Tables would be wiped with rag where you were before in the toilet area! Absolute NoGo ... and that for a Steigenberger with German management !!!

Nice hotel great rooms nice condition great pools good food but you should not in the weekends in the haubt restaurant the same food offer as in the 1 week variety would be nice and it is a bit too loud a few acoustic walls can help or felt glides under the Chairs great hotel for families at the pool more beach chairs on the beach are enough cleanliness good several restaurant with all good food especially the Italian the evening entertainment could be better fact is I'll be back.

The room was cleaned every day, the staff were very friendly and endearing.

Comfy beds and cozy rooms . Friendly staff especially those on the reception. Nice entertainment programs and mostly family friendly.. In short we made very nice memories to remember.

An excellent German hotel with an interesting water park. Rooms are small, there are minor repair bugs

Great value for money:

- Hotel area very well maintained
- large children's pool at the pirate ship
- Lazy River awesome
- Slides unfortunately not for children
- food in the main building OK, in the restaurants very good
- Beer delicious
- Minibar is filled daily
- Employees (after lubrication) very courteous
- beach chairs, umbrellas and towels were always without problems (hardly pensioners)
- International matches and Bundesliga matches are broadcast on a big screen

Overall, the hotel is absolutely recommended.

We were in Egypt for the first time, loved the Aqua Magic, pointed pool and beach area, a great animation team which is always in a good mood and very attentive and nice staff. We will gladly come back to spend our vacation with you. 5 stars onwards so !!

Very friendly staff, spaces rooms and very clean, cold and also warm pools, various food and also a la cart restaurants, private beach with fast food and drinks.
Also a lot of entertainment activities for children's and adults during the entire day.

The first time we went to Aqua Magic for a family vacation in 2017. We were absolutely thrilled, everything worked out for us. The staff was super friendly, the food was delicious and the grounds were well maintained.

We then also spent our 2018 summer vacation here. Unfortunately, this year has changed for the worse. The complex was not well maintained and it was very crowded. You had to get up at 7am to get a couch at all. That didn't have much to do with vacation anymore.

The food has also decreased a lot. It felt the same every day. The staff was unfortunately also very rude and not helpful at all.
We will definitely not go back to this hotel again.

We were in April because. Due to the Easter holidays too crowded, missing are if not point at 8:00 there was to reserve. But we have already thought before. Holidays halt.dennoch great hotel with a lot of fun and super super great child care and great roof top pool with a view. Food for Egypt already relatively good, great market place with shisha spend the evenings, a few shops open late into the night. And shopping promenade in front of the door. Beach to complain about. A bit away the path but through beautiful gardens. Too small and too narrow for the large hotel, not enough. The pool staff unfriendly (liveguards, the disturbing the whistling are also if you talk to each other, bars and there is one after drinking ask only if you have money in hand). Animation for Egypt very bad, do not go to guests, do not care for the well-being. In spite of we like to go back there. Only due to great child care (thanks again the responsible ladies)

Aqua park and lazy river are awesome, also food is tasty and animation program is very interesting

Wonderful as a water city .. We used to go down in the Dhow section. We discovered that we could enter it for free

Wonderful place, clean rooms with good view, different tasty food, good staff always smiling and great animation team with new activity every day and night.

Super nice hotel for family with kids who love swimming. The different type of slides for adults are fun too. If you prefere a beach nearby I do not recommend it

The hotel is great and with great facilities and food but i did not like the manners of the stuff.

Over all nice experience. Beach needed more activities. Treatment to Egyptians is not so good. House keeping also need to be more attentive.

i just came back from steigenberger Aqua magic am very disappointed starting from the unclean bed sheets to the boring animation team and the unfriendly way the staff are using with the EGYPTIAN guests

The truth is all the workers who serve the service with love and beautiful spirit

Now that everything is (not) clear, I can allow myself this review. Booked this hotel for 10 days last year in July We were 2 adults and 2 children. Conclusion: worst hotel I've ever lived in. After 2 days, the typical national diarrhea started, which is nothing new for this hotel. There was even poop in the pool. At breakfast, holidaymakers grab the rolls to see if they match their desires. The DerTour tour guide did not want to give us our money back for an excursion because we had to cancel in 2x because of the intestinal problems. With a little "emphasis" we got it. There were too few parasols in front of the pools, the food was not very varied. The mattress of one of the children was moldy, which was not fixed. Used towels were picked up from the floor and placed in the shape of animals on our bed, the other wet towels were folded into the bathroom. I could tell a lot more, but just leave it with the few examples. The fact is that we confront our travel agency with things after the holiday. All in all, the case lasted more than 3 months with the result that the hotel employees concerned denied everything, so there was a statement against a statement. We were not compensated for the shortcomings. No more Steigenberger!

A truely First Class Hotel, you'll be looked after so well from the minute you arrive. Many restaurants, all offering fabulous food. Lots of pools: pirate ship for the little-uns, various others, adult aqua park, adult only chillaxing pool.... all serviced by exceptional waiters whom constantly keep you supplied with your preferred beverages. The Animation team are to be admired, keeping everyone entertained all day long and shows in the evening.
A wonderful time is and will be had!
Can't wait to return again!!!

Extremely easy to see why this hotel is a 5 star. Very clean and a great team of staff from top to bottom. They are very polite nothing is too much trouble. This is a great place for Adults and families. Lots of fun things for the kids to do, and great relaxing chill out zones for the adults, We will definitely be coming again.

Not a hotel, but a complete disappointment ... after reading great reviews, we decided that we wanted it here, BUT! They settled us in the most seedy and remote building in the entire hotel, which, you see, they inherited from another hotel, and therefore the rooms in it are the most fig. We counted on a superior room, but in fact we got a very mediocre standard in which the shower tray leaks, the room looks like a cave, but the most important thing in the room is wild cold and the air conditioning does not work for heating (and in January it matters) because in in our wonderful building, unlike the others, such an option is not provided, they brought us something similar to a heater, of which there is no sense ... after three complaints, we changed the number, but the situation did not change much, the room is in the same building, in the rest you see, the rooms are better than the level and you have to pay extra for them. so before checking in, check which room you have and in which building, since such a room does not cost that much money ... by the way, we also could not find the Internet throughout the hotel, in the lobby for a maximum of 3 minutes something was breaking through, in our marvelous building, it is completely absent. We contacted the reception twice, they told us that I had to earn money, but no ... probably, you also need to pay extra for it ...
Overall, the grounds are good, the food is normal, the animation is unobtrusive .. but we expected better ...

Basically a nice, clean hotel, but unfortunately the attention to detail is missing in many places (especially in the bathrooms in the rooms - e.g. badly made silicone joints, somewhat rusty shower baskets). The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the food is generally solid. There were downward slips but also very positive surprises.
It is about 10 minutes to the beach, if you take a leisurely stroll, the path leads over a fairly quiet street and then along the golf course.

Conclusion:
Those who don't care too much about details will certainly be happy here, and the price / performance ratio is very fair. I will probably come again.

A really family-friendly hotel which you can also visit as a single or as a group. The rooms are good as well as the Betten.Equattet with flat screen and WLAN. The bathroom is large and tidy. In the restaurants there are special smoking areas, as is smoking on the balcony of each room allowed. If you do not find anything to eat here in the different restaurants is your own fault, for everyone and everyone is meant. The kitchen, whether breakfast, lunch or dinner is really rich and good. Certainly if you are looking for something to complain about you always find something, there are always people who have something to complain about and if it is the hair in the soup, every person is and thinks differently, but I rate the Steigenberger Aqua Magic with very good to good
