In English, this is the review that my wife wrote about the bad experience, as this hotel is true. Every word I wrote is very true, and other than the normal situations that one might want, I think that it does not require that I write it, but a real bad experience that can never happen again and despite the number of contacts we made asking about The experience, and if we nominate it to them, and of course the answer was in the negative, of course, and we never recommend the hotel to visit foreign people who come to visit the Red Sea and invite us, especially since they have nearby resorts which are the best in the world, based on very many experiences with hotels, including the 4 and 5 stars, and based on My work and my wife are in tourism at some point in our lives, the services we have received in this hotel are not more than 3 stars.

My husband and I booked this hotel for a vacation after we had an amazing experience in Steigenberger-alcazar in Sharm el Sheikh. We thought that Steinenberger Aqua Magic was the same company and we could expect a similar experience. Oh how wrong we were! The only positive thing that happened from this hotel was the fact that they allowed us to check in early.
I want to start off by saying that we were aware that there may be some cut backs due to being closed for Coronavirus for a few months but what we got was unacceptable by all means.
Our first and biggest issue with this resort was the food. The buffet was absolutely disgusting. Lunch was always left over food from the dinner the day prior and dinner was always undercooked and taste horrible. We were forced to live off soft drinks and fries for our entire 6 day stay. One night we asked to speak to a food services manager. They directed us to the "head chef" that was serving food on the buffet line. He was dripping sweat from head to toe. It was stomach churning to see someone in that manner serving us food. The manager at the reception offered us to eat at the a la carte restaurants for the reminder of our stay. (We are allowed 1 visit to each of the restaurants). Both restaurants were rated about a 4 out of 10. Slightly better than the buffet but still major issues. The silverware and cups were dirty. After trying both restaurants we informed the reception manager which restaurant we would like to eat at for the remainder of our stay as promised. He told us that unfortunately there are no reservations. Back to the buffet it was. That night my husband inquired the gentleman standing at the carving the station that he would like some roast beef (according to the sign indicating theres roast beef and lamb). The server tells my husband that there is no roast beef and that the sign is there for decoration. He later approached the drinks station where he requested a beer. The server pulled an open can of beer from the fridge to serve from it. Needless to say, we didnt eat much on this trip.

Our next concerns were with the hotel upkeep. The minibar consisted of only water and soda. They even took away our soda cans after 2 days. Housekeeping did nothing in the rooms beyond making the bed. Nothing was cleaned. Even our beach towels were not replaced. Every day we had to call in the morning to request fresh towels. The pharmacy and clinic on site on the third floor had droplets of old dried blood on the floor. The blood was like a trail that stretched from the clinic to the pharmacy.

Lastly, the beach. The servers at the beach were all wonderful except 1 man by the name of "Momen." He was serving an older woman and her husband seated next to us. He went to the beach bar to retrieve their drinks when my husband (also getting us food and drinks) overheard him talking to his colleague. The colleague asked in Arabic "who are these drinks for?" Momen replied in Arabic with "that b **** over there and her family". That is no way to speak about guests.

Weve traveled to many great resorts and have never seen such disgust. We were asked by staff, on a daily basis, how our stay was. We would tell them of the issues we were having and nothing was ever corrected. No one from the staff tried to fix situations to allow us to enjoy our stay. We will never be staying at this hotel again and will never recommend it. If we can, we give it 0 stars.

Beautiful. Quality services but weaker than in Turkey, compared. I have not been to Egypt so I can not compare with other resorts or hotels in Egypt. At All, you have beer in the dispenser, wine in the dispenser and the rest of the juices with or without acid, all in the dispenser ... The wine in the bottle or the beer in the bottle and the dose are for a fee.
Very poor evening shows on the terrace.
Food ok. You have a choice. Good cakes.

Service is perfect and excellent hopitality also they follow all the safety instructions regarding covid 19, for example, the pool is purufied everyday by filters & chemicals and there are signs to guide people how to deal in social distancing.
I totally recommend to visit the hotel

Very good place, clean, very good food, rooms cleaned daily, mini bar, replenished every day (drinks canned, canned in cartons, water tiled) service very helpful and do not wait for maps, I recommend for families with children, as and for adults

Went there in March. Hotel itself is decent, but the food was all the same every day. Menu hasn t changed a lot. We knew by heart where what food was placed.
But the worst experience of our stay was the fact that staff STEALS money from the room. We kept everything in the safe, but just one day we left some money in the purse and they has been stolen right away.

Were there for a week in 2017 The water facilities are great for kids. The food was good too. The area is clean, even the rooms. The beach is a part of the Al Dau Hotel. It is on foot in 5 minutes. The beach is also quite good.

I had a wonderful holiday in the best hotel in Hurgada, it is a real palace. The hotel is beautiful and very luxurious. It is located 5 minutes from Hurghada airport and 15 minutes from the city center. The receptionists are very welcoming and pleasant, they are very quick at your service, the food is very good, fresh and the hotel offers varied dishes and with various choices.
The cooks and waiters are very smiling.
Regarding hygiene, the hotel is very clean and is cleaned day and night by the surface technicians. the rooms are immaculate; very spacious and also very clean. The swimming pools are disinfected, cleaned Every day. The private beach is also very clean. To access the sea, you have to cross a small street and enter the Steigenberger Aldau hotel directly opposite. Once you arrive, a golf cart is waiting to take you to the beach in a few minutes. The servers in the mini bars (whether by the pool or by the sea) are very friendly and the service is very fast. The Hotel is very secure, there are security guards in front of the palace entrance.
Every evening, there is a show with different themes, which enlivens and gives a certain atmosphere in this magnificent palace.
During the day, there are also super smiling animators to animate you such as water aerobics, dancing ...
there is also a huge swimming pool for children, a playground and also a club for the children.
The hotel is also equipped with a large spa which offers several services such as: Hamam, pedicure, manicure, spa ...
It is truly a family run and well respected hotel. It feels really good there.
I will definitely come back to this on my next trip to Hurghada.

Beautiful hotel with many facilities. Friendly staff and especially the restaurant personnel is very good with children. The food is very good and plenty. The room is large and well furnished. The bed in the main bedroom is good but the 2 other beds were very uncomfortable (hard). Close to the beach and the boulevard.

One of the best vacations we had, the staff were very nice and friendly, the food was great with lots of variations and restaurants to choose from, the kids loved the aqua slides and the heated pool very much, the room was exceptional (we booked a Junior family suit), it was perfect for 2 adults with an 8 and 12 years childs. Overall, a perfect family getaway destination where you can both relax and have a blast with your kids.
