Steigenberger Al Dau Beach Hotel Review

We were last as a family there on vacation, and everything was great. Food very tasty, is not quite typical for this country, everything was clean, people friendly, there was nothing to complain about. This hotel gets 5 stars from us. we will definitely spend another holiday in Steigenberger Al dau

Nice hotel, even more luxurious than the Steigenberger aqua magic!

It was fantastic, we were very enthusiastic about the friendliness and helpfulness of all employees, really ALL employees. V.a. we would like to highlight the waiters at breakfast Farahat and Abdu (Abdel Hardy) because they were ALWAYS there for us, at lunch and on the beach were mainly there. To mention the waiters Mohamad and Ammar Yassar and also the "beach men" who were always so great at setting up the loungers with the towels, who always came immediately and let the wish off our lips. And in the evening our great waiter Mohamed and Mena were always there for us, bringing everything we needed to the table. In summary, I really have to positively mention all employees, as they were all very, very helpful, committed and super friendly and in a good mood - it was extremely noticeable and super pleasant to have such employees around you.
Our room was terrific, always a little surprise on the bed in the evening. And if something SMALL was wrong with the room it was fixed immediately.
What I would like to highlight are the s la carte restaurants - they were so fantastically delicious Wow Zimmer The rooms are super clean, the complex is versatile and also very well maintained with its small flower paths that are maintained every day and you can even get from Gardener still given flowers, how attentive! Then the SPA massage was so so good by the sweet ..., Unfortunately I forgot her name, she was so warm and understood her craft very well. The buffet every day was always varied and delicious and the catering on the beach was, as I said, brisk, very friendly and always in a good mood. If you hung the red bag on your umbrella, sellers didn't come by all the time . The only thing I could "fault" are the evening shows, so all the dancers and pianists and co have made a lot of effort, but it's not up to you but the program - I think it should be more musical-like because the only time where "We all" really went along with MAMA MIA MUSICAL !! That was great sonsten Otherwise, this hotel is an eye-catcher when it shines so nicely in the evening . We were very satisfied and would come back in a heartbeat. The cleaning staff and the man who "chased away" the birds at breakfast and lunch should also be mentioned, they too deserve positive feedback, as I think, because they always greeted us so friendly and did their job very well! Thanks for everything We'd love to come back, especially in the JUNIOR SUITE, it was terrific

The hotel is very clean, with spacious rooms, large bathroom with shower and bathtub, generous minibar and daily supplies. Everyone on the staff is especially kind.
The food is generally good, diverse but a bit spicy.
The pools are clean, with very warm water and enough sunbeds.
All the staff at the pool bar are very friendly and prompt.
I recommend for a quiet and relaxed vacation.

I found the hotel exceptional - it was really round from the beginning to the end of our 5 day stay.
The room was super clean and had everything you could need.
All-inclusive offer great - if you still complain there, you can't help.
The mood among the staff is good, everything goes hand in hand - I think that contributes to a good overall atmosphere. All - but really all of the staff were extremely friendly and polite. I've never had such a great hotel before and would love to go back there.

We visited this hotel 2 times and this year we decided to go to this hotel again, the staff is very nice, we were equipped at the reception within 10 minutes, they took care of the luggage immediately. They took care of the beach all day. Refreshments were brought to the couch, small terry towels with ice cubes were available, we could choose from the meals, nice room, clean daily changed towels, bath towels, bath rugs, drinks supplemented every day. We rate it as excellent, so we come back here.

I was 3 years ago, I recommend it is by far the best in Hurghada, I have been to albatross white beach, I do not recommend, and the white palace, good enough, 2nd place, so Steigenberger give it the Best!

Our first vacation in Egypt and definitely not our last.
Everything was clean, super friendly and hygienic. Anyone who finds something negative here is looking for a fly in the ointment.
Safety is very important here, although there is nothing unusual to report if you want to move outside the hotel.

We had with our friends a few nice days and thank you very much for the excellent service.

Good service. Relaxing place. Fresh air with sweet view in the morning. Warm pool and kids pool are good in cold days. Better than aqua magic Branch.

It was beautiful and I enjoyed the vacation a lot. The food was very good - they had a pretty huge buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Furhermore there are restaurants that are included in all inclusive. Everyday is an other topic of the food.

It is one of all-inclusive resorts located on the Furugada side of Egypt. It is clean and simple because it is German. Pool is big and good. The beach is also good for a lot of fun. We recommend a full program. The main restaurant buffet is varied, but there are few oriental foods. Instead, we have a restaurant in front of the hotel and can make reservations in advance. I had to make a reservation using the machine next to the front desk the other day. In the meantime, the gel is okay, Teppan-yaki (sushi). Sushi is not a real restaurant.

Third time in aqua magic still a place to be. Friendly staff, and willing to do everything you ask. Top.
Ps. This is for steigenberger aqua magic. Not aldau beach .
Google don't see the difference between them ,even when it's on the other side of the road.

An excellent hotel with great service, a large green area and a huge pool. Spacious rooms, good furniture and soundproofing. The hotel building was built thoroughly, which allows you to sleep without air conditioning even at the height of summer, the room is not stuffy. I liked the cuisine, everything is delicious, the products are of high quality. The beach, sun loungers and service on the beach (and by the pool) are great. The hotel is perfectly located - on the right "Cleopatra" and other shops, on the left is the beautiful street of the Steigenberger quarter. The disadvantages of the hotel can be attributed only to the shallow sea at low tide. I will add: a responsible attitude to protecting the health of guests during a pandemic is highly respected.

Really a fantastic hotel also very nice for children to do lots of activities in and outside the pool and if the kids want you can also go to Aqua magic for free there are several slides

This is our second stay in this splendid Hotel and always so amazed. Spacious room with sea view. Impeccable cleanliness. Excellent restaurants. Magnificent swimming pool. All the staff are super pleasant, smiling and attentive. Especially Tamer, Saley, Sarah, Kamal, Mahmoud, Ibrahim, Maged and our darling Mark at the beach. Obliged we will come back soon.
Too bad at the reception nobody speaks French ...

The Stingberger Dhow Hotel No. 1 in Hurghada is without competition from reception to service, food and hygiene. Urine and beach is an exceptional hotel in the sense of the word

Unfortunately there is access to the water very tedious and the hotel is already getting old. The noise level in the restaurant is extreme and everything rather average
