Very nice hotel,
This is the third time we are a guest in this house and will definitely come back.
Entertainment is great. The beach is very nice
Food and service great.
For us the best hotel in Hurghada.
The promenade has been redesigned and invites you to stroll without annoying dealers, the adjacent shops are clean and you can stroll there comfortably and if you want also shop.
Kudos to all employees, you feel welcome and comfortable from the start and there are no problems, only solutions
Thank you very much for the best weeks of the year with you, they will come true.

Beautiful place, excellent services, and friendly staff

The residence in the hotel is incredible! What makes it comfortable to the max is the informal dress code. I've stayed there for 6 days, I enjoyed their outstanding services in addition to the quiet breeze which is everywhere out. I've tried the Full Board package(Or All Inclusive packages as they call it), and I enjoyed it. The buffet is amazing and romantic. The food categories are tasty and made exactly as how the international cuisine says. It deserves a try! If you booked a Full Board, they'll give you the chance to dine at 5 different restaurants that provide 5 different cuisines. If you're planning to dine at one of them, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU not to dine there as they provide a stingy service! If you arrived by your car, park at your own risk as the hotel is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any damages or thefts that might happen to your car. Better to arrive by a taxi. All the services are available for free for the full board guests. And when you try to compare its price to its services, the price is almost nothing. Hope you'd enjoy your stay!

It's a luxury life in there, the best buffet in every meal all the food was very tasty i don't think that i eat something not tasty or i dislike, best pool i really enjoyed every moment in there, best service room, best waiters, best chefs, the best treatment

The hotel is very nice and well maintained. The only negative thing that I noticed as a non-smoker, is that you can smoke in the lobby and in the adjacent bars. But we are also very pleased with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The food is so plentiful and really delicious that will never be boring :) Great is the service on the beach chairs at the beach and the pool. We were served by Mena Kamal on the beach. After one day he had already realized how we are called and what we want Just very nice and accommodating! Here we come back very happy.

My 7th time in Hurghada. By far the best hotel I've stayed at. Really nothing to complain over.

There is no confirmed family room.

With 3 small children, it was very important to us to have a separate bedroom for the 2 older children, as our baby wakes up 2-3 times at night :-)

We asked for this before booking, got it confirmed and paid for it at check-in. When moving into the room, then disillusionment: The double deluxe family room turns out to be a 1-room room with 2 extra beds.

With little sleep for everyone, the first night was rather modest.

I addressed the misunderstanding at reception the next day and was initially rejected. I insisted on the booked room and so an appointment was made with German guest relations.

They understood me, but they didn't want to admit the mistake and offered a paid upgrade because the room didn't exist like that.

As a young family with 3 children, holidays are not really "relaxing", so it was important to us to get some rest at least during the nights.

The management response is underground. Annoying an already angry guest with a paid upgrade is really bold.

It's not about getting something for free, we just wanted the service we booked.

Its all about the great service. The team is extremely friendly. Food is only good in the main restaurant and Alex restaurant. Food in Gourmet and tanga needs a total upgrade. Hotel facilities are nice

The best hotel in Hurghada. Purely. Handsomely. Tasty. Pleasantly. There is everything for every taste.
Great beach. Several swimming pools. One heated. One lazy river where you can swim while lying on a large cheesecake. One swimming pool on the territory of the kids club (by the way, there is a large sun tent for children). There is an outdoor jacuzzi. Places for walks and photos. In the evenings, children's entertainment and live music shows for adults.

As hoped, the vacation was a dream.
The hotel is clean, the area is spacious and, thanks to the security, even more anxious contemporaries have the necessary feeling of security.
This begins as soon as you enter the hotel. Arriving vehicles are examined for explosives or the like, continue via a metal detector in the entrance area and also at the transitions to the neighboring systems, there are guards.
The check-in went smoothly within 10 minutes and we were then driven to our room with our luggage in a small golf caddy.
The room itself is large and clean with plenty of storage space for luggage. There are always chilled drinks in the minibar (juice, beer, soft drinks).
Our room offered a wonderful view of the pool, which was illuminated at night, and the sea could be guessed through the palm trees.
Even though it was a smoking room (no idea why we got that), it smelled pleasantly fresh and fortunately not at all of smoke.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are offered as usual in buffet form.
If you are very critical, maybe here is a point to complain about ... Somehow everything always tasted the same ...
That is why the hotel also offers meals in the connected a la carte restaurants.

The complex is particularly characterized by its large pool area. The largest pool in Hurghada with 5000 square meters. The water could have been a little warmer ...

The spa area offers fantastic wellness packages. The hammam super deluxe package is highly recommended .... I haven't been so completely relaxed in a long time.

Excellent hotel. Very good service staff, excellent food, excellent cleaning of the rooms, the rooms are large, spacious, everything worked, if something was wrong, then the replacement is instant. The beach is super, the tide is low in the afternoon, so we went to the sea in the morning and in the afternoon. The territory of the hotel is very beautiful, in the lobby of the hotel there is live music in the evening - for me this is a big plus, it relaxes great. The pools are wonderful. Our vacation was a success! Thank you to the hotel for the wonderful welcome!

One of the best hotels I ever visited. Everything was just great. Looking forward for my next visit. I liked the room setup, beach area, Water sports and food variety.

Mom and I were booked down the road at another brand name all inclusive - we were less than impressed so we decided to check out the al dau. Greeted by amazing staff. Snagged a wonderful room with fantastic view. Food was phenomenal and the spa was spectacular.

Great hotel for families with children. Many pools, water park. The neighboring hotel is also Steinenberg and you can relax on its territory. Beach through the park next door.
