Steak was tuff and items left out of the bagi had to go they don't deliver to my area of Columbus. Sad.

I work at planet fitness which next door. I come here about 4-5 times a month. Foods fantastic. Try the steak tips or the ribasaurus.

Way to expensive for me! Not enough on the menu. Need fries added to menu.

I m really impressed. Steak out is known for eating good on a budget. In which I haven t ate in years because my meat would always be tough and not cooked to request. Today I got the ribeye and potato. My ribeye was tender and potato thoroughly cooked. Meal was still hot when I got home. Awesome

I have been ordering from here for the last two years. There is a very limited amount of places that will deliver to my work. Their food is absolutely amazing. They have the nicest employees and they have never made a mistake on my order, ever. Everything is done how I want it, for something to be cheaper than regular places and deliver. The quality is purely excellent! Very happy customer!

I ordered a 9oz rib eye steak entree with a loaded baked potato and 2 extra sides (that was to be eaten later with the remaining steak). My order was for delivery. When my order arrived there was no baked potato. My plan was to eat the baked potato first and have the other sides later for a snack. The driver said she would be right back with the potato, i said ok please bring me an extra butter. My food was delivered to me at Midtown Medical Center, it took 1 hour for someone to return with the potato (without) the extra butter. Food tasted ok but not 2 hours waiting for baked potato good. I have always wanted to try their food. This was my first experience, not sure if there will be another.

I don t care about the food. The service is HORRIBLE. I called in about an issue with an order and the employee said he couldn t help me and he had another call, have a good day and hung up in my face. Very unprofessional.

Just called to place a delivery and the girl who answered the phone was beyond rude! Please try to get someone who's atleast somewhat pleasant to answer the phone next time because she just sucked!

Stick with pizza delivery. Tried two days in a row. Day one: two hours after ordering I called and they said my food was on its way, at 2 and a half hours I called back and was told they never got my order.
Day two. Gave it another chance. Mistake! My food arrived about 2 hours after ordering again, and it was a mess. Shimp wrapped in foil so it spilled black juice everywhere when I went to open it. Mac and cheese had no flavor, id rather eat plain unseasoned pasta. Basically the same flavor. My double cheeseburger mine as well have just came completely blow torched for how over cooked the so called "medium well" beef was cooked. Never again. Don't do it

Steak out used to be good I ordered over $50 worth of food only to have it be cold as heck and my baby's cheeseburger was beyond burnt. I work for a hotel so I use to recommend them all the time but I don't know about now. The delivery guy was nice though.

I ordered lunch from here and my melt in your mouth meal was wonderful! It was perfectly cooked; my chopped steak could be cut simply by using my fork, the baked potato was fluffy without being over cooked, and the salad was fresh. Although I had the lunch sized portion, there was no way I could eat everything. So I will enjoy it again for dinner. My order was delivered promptly and it was nice to not have to go out in today's rainy weather. The delivery man was friendly as well as the lady who took my phone order. I will definitely order from the Columbus Steakout again!

I ordered the bbq bacon cheeseburger, it is priced at 8.49, and an extra patty was four dollars. They don t serve fries as a side because they don t have a frier. The beef was unseasoned and bland. The bacon was undercooked and nuked in one of the two microwaves visible from the counter. A restaurant with a 27 dollar steak on the menu has no excuses To be cooking with a microwave at all and visible from the counter at that. There was no bbq sauce on the burger and came in a packet Like you would receive from a fast food chain. The pepper jack cheese had no flavor and My bag of chips was already open and stale. Having worked in food and beverage before I am Amazed they would serve an open bag of chips and cook with a microwave. The only descent thing about my meal was the fresh chopped onions, but they were sliced in a Julian Style vs a ring cut Like you would normally get on a burger but you have to put it on there yourself as the lettuce, tomato, onion and pickles are pre prepped in a ramican and served on the side. The staff was not very friendly either.I will not be going back and I highly recommend you don t waste your money or your time at this establishment as it took 15+ minutes to get my food.

Food is very good..especially the ribasaurus 22oz steak... the monster Burger with cheese is also very good.. the service is great..

I called to place an order at this place for delivery today very rude employee, worst customer service ever. No TIP from me when you don't wanna do your damn job.

Amazing place love everything and how everything is cooked to order! The sirloin and ribeyes are amazing so are the grilled mushrooms and onions! And you always get a free tea when you go in and pick up or dine in!

We have always enjoyed Steak-Out. The ribeye sandwich and grilled chicken sandwich was excellent!

Ordered the 6 ounce Ribeye with the extra 3.99 shrimp on side twice one for me and one for me fiancee was told because she wanted hers well done it would be 45 minutes for pickup my steak was suppose to be medium rare it wasn't it was cold and tough as shoe leather plus when we got home there was no shrimp in either dinner we live 35 minutes away in Harris county so when I tried to call the store was already closed the person I spoke to was rude on phone and stated we never were charged for the shrimp and I waited to long to call back sorry but I work three jobs,circle k dominos and lyft so when I had a free moment when not working I called to express my discrepancies and was not even given apology or explanation why the shrimp was not included even after I ordered two sides each for the steak dinners for the high prices and poor customer service I never plan to dine or carry out here again nor will recommend to my military service friends for the bad service!!! Sirloin had the look and texture of cube steak, not sirloin and was totally drenched in steak sauce. Mashed potatoes and baked potato were okay, but the steak - which was sort of the whoke point - was terrible.

I was not happy, steak was tough and I couldn't eat it.

I placed an online order specifically asking for caesar dressing, but I got bleu cheese.

The guy that verified my order offered me a complimentary ice tea because i placed an online order. When i declined it, he took it and drank it himself.....In plain view!

My steak was over cooked and sauce they pour over the steak and shrimp is extremely salty.

If you like Steak - you'll love Steakout! This is a really nice place to eat. The restrooms and dining area are always very clean. The Staff are friendly and will take their time to explain the various menu items.

One thing to consider though when dining here is that the food isn't prepared until after you place your order. This is fine with me, as I always enjoy having the freshest and hottest food.

So, if you don't mind waiting at least 30 minutes for a meal - give these guys a try! I'm sure you'll love them as much as I do. Btw, the new Filet Mignon on their menu is super delicious!

Highly recommended! If you want great food at reasonable cost. Another bonus, they also deliver to a large part of the Columbus area.

I took my entire family there for mothers day! The food was magnificent and the service was untouchable

This was our 1st time ordering. It was fabulous food! Delivery was fast and the food was wrapped in such a way, it kept our steak, pork chop and potatoes quite warm. We will definitely be going back, this is going to be our go-to for food now! Thank you for great food and service!

I just pd for food i can't eat and it was with a 30% discount over 2 hrs wait because people don't listen and i know i was heard because she gave out the last time i ordered address im done with with steak-out

Went to Reese's Kitchen great home cooked food! Friendly staff, you will not be disappointed...

Food was excellent. Wife, daughter and I all enjoyed our meals. Considering what we ordered, the delivery time wasn't bad at all. Delivery driver was kind and courteous, had a good sense of humor as well.

Ordered over the phone for delivery.The computer system was slow, no biggie, but the delivery time was 1 to 1.5 hours. Thinking that was a sign the place was okay and the food must be worth the wait, I placed an order.

After 1.5 hours and some change the delivery guy shows up, we pay, he leaves. My hubby gets his food and everything seems okay until I open my order. First off, I ordered 6 BBQ shrimp and 6 grilled shrimp, not knowing or seeing on their site that they're SKEWERED shrimp. STRIKE ONE!

On top of that, one skewer is char-BURNED and the other is over-cooked and hard as a rock! Something I KNOW WITHOUT A DOUBT they'd never had sent out to a table had I been sitting there, but since it was a delivery, I'm guessing they figured, WTH...STRIKE TWO!

Hubby enjoyed his meal and the chocolate cake was delicious...remove strike two...

I PROMPTLY call the restaurant and ask for the manager. I tell her what I ordered and received (as stated above) and without hesitation she offers to credit my account. She stated they were busy and the cook is a new guy not used to the heavy load. I told her that if this was sent to HIS HOUSE he'd be more apt to make it more appetizing, she agreed...removed strike one...

I'll be checking my bank account tomorrow for that credit!

Locally owned and operated national franchise. Absolutely fabulous food! A wonderful alternative to pizza and Asian delivery. Large portions and great choices. The only disappointment is there are not more of these franchises around.

Always prepared to order. Taste makes pricier Burger worth the drive. Drink included.

Absolutely amazing, great food ,great service ,delivery driver was awesome ,the steak was tender enough you wouldnt have to use teeth to eat it, im talkin about melt in your mouth!!!

Very good food and they deliver, was real nice because they deliver to St Francis hospital across the street. Good to be able to something diffrent while at hospital visiting.

The food is good, but the wait times and accuracy are awful. If you plan ahead, and can get them to deliver before the food gets cold, it is a great alternative to the boring Chinese or pizza delivery.

Yummy if you want a real burger and not just a flat tasteless supposed to be meat this is the place to go. The food here is fresh and always taste great

I ordered tonight. I waited over an hour for my food. 2 cokes, sirloin salad, extra cucumbers, double cheeseburger no tomatoes as there was an allergy, and Mac n cheese kids meal.
There were no drinks, my salad was nothing but salad mix in a Styrofoam box with a small box of sirloin pieces (5). There was no cucumbers, tomatoes, or cheese. Literally lettuce in a box. The hamburger had tomato under the lettuce in the box, it rendered all condiments useless.
It's been an hour since my food was delivered, and I'm still waiting on my 2 cokes. So over 2 hours for drinks with my meal. First time experience, and I'm not happy. The steak bits tasted okay, but I wanted more than a lettuce salad. My husband wanted lettuce and onion on his burger too. Very sad. The lady that delivered said oops they didn't circle the drinks so I didn't know. Please hire someone that can read.

They never get my steak right. I always ask for medium well and get rare. It s like it s been on the stove for 5 minutes. I get very annoyed; for paying $40 for my meal it should at least be cooked right.

This place is disgusting. Poor management. Bad service. Some days the food is good but some days it's just awful.

It's my first time and I wanted something delivered to me but I didn't want pizza or Chinese so I ordered from them mostly curious. And I took one bite and was in love they know how to throw down

I was trying to place an order for my office this morning for 35 orders and every time I would call I was placed on hold for at least 10 minutes each time. I will most definitely not plan on doing business here for future events!

OMG!!!! Absolutely the best!! I was and am in heaven!!! It was between Jimmy John's and Steak Out. NO CONTEST!!! Less $ and HOT FRESH FOOD!!!

We order from steak out several times a month WE ARE MILITARY AND LIVE ON FORT BENNING. They state on their webpage 35 or more to get delivery to benning,,, I called tonight and it turns out they want 50 BEFORE taxes now....WOW They just lost at least $400 per month from our family alone.....GREAT BUSINESS DECISION! If you live on Fort Benning skip it.

Picked up an entree of beef tips and they were still as delicious as I remember them some 25 years ago! Thanks guys.

Was craving one of their sandwiches for weeks after having Steak-Out for the first time (and multiple times) while out of town a few months ago. Didn't even know we had one in Columbus.
The steak on my ribeye sandwich was almost 25% fat. Just a solid glob of fat which wasn't edible. This was a very low quality piece of meet and it was EASY to see. It should have never been served.

The young lady who took my order was rude and told me it would be a 90 minute wait for my food

Horrible service! We called in an order and they said it would be a 30 minute wait at an hour of waiting we called and they said it was on the way and then we had to wait another hour in total we waited 2 hours and had to cancel the order because we had to go somewhere.

Great food but delivery time never accurate and taking an hour and a half for a local delivery is much too long.

Garlic mashed potatoes became a half cooked baked potato with no butter or sour cream. No butter for the roll either. Burger with chips - no chips. I may be a little cranky after driving for 11 hours and evacuating from Florida, but all I wanted was my food for dinner. That I paid for. Too much to ask?

My husband orders 2-3 "Ribasaurus" dinners $28 each, and at least 2-3 times a month. He orders them medium well/well, but every time they are delivered rare, not moo-ing but very close. Most of the time, the steaks are cold in the center, so they get cut up and stuck in microwave for a couple minutes. When I had called to complain, a couple years ago, I was told that the steaks are wrapped and still "cooking" on way to customer. I don't know how that can be unless driver has a warmer/oven in vehicle. Ummm?? I personally don't know why he continues to order them. The price is too high, even for delivery.

Never got the food. They don't tell you the restrictions to Fort Benning as far as the $35 minimum until after you order. Then refused because they didn't feel like driving that far.

I live in Phenix City literally right over the bridge closer than Summerville Rd. I am 10 minutes at the most away from Steak Out. When I called just now, the boy (who sounded like he was disgusted I even called) told me you don't deliver anywhere in the Phenix City area. Very disappointed!! I used to order from y'all all the time when I lived in Columbus

I ordered delivery, so far I have not seen the inside of this place. I loved everything about the food, not one thing was left over. The arrival time was better then what I was expecting since seeing other reviewers having serious time issues. The only problem was the price is a bit over the top. I can go to another steak house and get way more food for what I paid. This will not be a place that we will be going to a lot because of the prices.

1st time eating it tonight. Food was Great! Sirloin and shrimp had great flavor!
