before they stopped delivery would order one a week can't get out now miss very much its to bad where you live deny you to get delivery the food is great

First time eating here, the cheesesteak and cheese burger we ordered were amazing. Delivery but tasted like it was fresh off of the grill. Will definitely be ordering again.

I consistently ask for medium well and get rare or raw. Do not order from them. It's expensive and they don't even get your order correct. I also leave in the directions a buzzer number yet they continually call me asking for it. So they don't even pay attention to the order ever. This is disgusting.

I ordered a cheeseburger and added bacon. Didn't get the bacon but was charged for it and the location is literally 8 minutes from my home but my food is always cold when I get it. Driver had me standing in my doorway for 5 minutes tryna run my card. Wish I could have just paid online. I'm really disappointed. I had to make my own bacon for the cheeseburger and still got charged. Smh

A bit unfriendly, aren't they? Had my brother order from them online ( since waitr hours had closed, which is understandable, ) and they didn't even APPROACH MY DOOR before cancelling my order. He had no idea that he had to pay in person, because the site doesn't specify that it's needed, and obviously didn't take him to an area to put in his information.

Apparently, the delivery person was sweet enough, so kudos to him, but to the manager who was INSANELY rude to my sibling, sod off, and learn how to talk to people.

I ordered a cheeseburger. It was very good and fresh tasting. Save time and money and pick it up yourself. The store was neat and clean and surprisingly there is indoor seating. Try it I don't think you will be disappointed. .

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I've ordered here before, but after tonight never again. I was told that they could not deliver to me because they don't deliver to my area at night. I'm so shocked that this came out the person's mouth.. It was probably because they were getting ready to close in about thirty minutes or whatever the reason,it's unacceptable. I will be filing a formal complaint. I do not live in an area to be profiled as I was. Good customer service dying by the minute. Everything happens for a reason. Might be for the best I didn't eat there.

I went here years ago. The food is really overpriced and just mediocre but it was a Friday thing at the office. Until I found a dead fly in my sweet tea. I haven't been back but I haven't heard anything good about them on years.

everything was amazing ! the steak was by far the best steak i ve ever had from a restaurant/ delivery place ! the rolls, salad , and potatoes were amazing ! the delivery only took an hour which isn t bad and the people that deliver are so sweet ! 10/10 suggested ! you should definitely eat here !

I go with my wife to this great spot often! This is the best place to to have a good dinner. I visit this place routinely. The meals are excellent, the staff members are friendly and the cost is decent. I enjoy going in this place to have a nice meal.

I've been eating here off and on for the time they moved to their new location at St. Francis. They had a rough start but they only improved from there. Their food is fantastic, their staff is great, and their delivery time is amazing.

I don't know who these people are saying it's disgusting or that the people are rude and that the employees should be GRATEFUL for being treated like dirt, but you can't possibly be real human beings. Their staff are people, not robots, and they deserve to be respected as much as the customer. They're a business which means they exist to provide a service to you in exchange for money and they don't owe you people anything. If you don't like it, stay at your cousin's diner in green island hills you elitist jerks. And people whining about waiting? Are you kidding? The food is fresh! It's not fast food! Go to McDonald's!

Anyway... I should have written a review sooner. We were checking out reviews of our favorite places and thought we'd lend our support. All too often "review-terrorists" are trying to get freebies by threatening you with a bad review.

I absolutely LOVE this place. Keep up the good work! You guys are great to all your nice customers! And don't take any crap from the jerks!

My husband went to go get me a steak dinner from steak out on mother's day and I have to tell you it was delicious I was not disappointed I will be getting steak from there again

I love this place! It is quiet, the steaks/chicken are very well seasoned and the customer service is great.

Great little place to eat in,take out,or call for delivery. The food is consistently good and the staff is great.

Food is phenomenal. First time had the cheeseburger with grilled onions n mushrooms with a side of Mac n cheese. Meal was delicious. Yesterday had the cheese steak sandwich. Meats tender n juicy , bread is fresh. Iced tea is always cold n fresh . Staff is extremely friendly n professional . A pleasure to use they re services .
