I was super full. Service treated us so kindly. Feels similar to a cafe in Chicago I liked.

The Filet was excellent but Server Ricky was unparalleled!!!

It's Texas, so the steaks are a) HUGE and b) AMAZING. DO NOT order the starter salad! I mean it was delicious, but I wasted precious beef and crab space with greens. I'm an amateur.

This is what a steak house should be. Service was great and food was even better.

One start rating and that is one star too much. Went there with coworkers while traveling to Addison on business. We ordered. At the 45 minute mark still no food. Everyone around us ate left and new customers came. I finally complained to the manager. Waited 10 more minutes. I gave up. My coworkers stayed but had their food boxed to go. On top of that the place still charged my coworkers full price. I ended up at In N Out. Now that was good and didn t have to wait an hour plus. And it only cost me $6.

Cigar was way too high but the atmosphere was great.

Great service and an excellent aged filet mignon for Valentine's night.

Y all, I walked in there in a t-shirt and jeans, with another individual in a t-shirt and jeans. We didn t realize this place would smell like rich mahogany, and filled with the Dallas suburbs most influential.

My steak was delicious, and the brussel sprouts are the bomb. And I m a big girl so if you can spruce up sprouts enough for me to find them delicious, you re doing it right.

Service was top-notch.

This was all around the best experience at any restaurant I have ever had. The food was amazing as well as all of the servers, including manager we were greeted by during our evening. I will and already have recommended this location to several people.

The steak and prime rib were perfectly cooked: the service was warm and attentive. The coconut cream pie was light and delicious, overall we had a great dining experience.

I can't speak for others that have had their bad experiences. So I'll just speak on service and the meal and the restaurants atmosphere.

Yes their are some loud times at chamberlain's and there are some mild noise levels. Definitely if you're there around 7,8,9pm, Holidays, and special occasions. It happens its apart of dining out.

The food is always on par and I've gone on a number of occasions. Services is friendly, yes there are times you may feel they have forgot to check on you but I wouldn't hold that against them. It happens.

I enjoy the times I've been and spoken to Mr. Chamberlain himself. The bread is always hot and fresh and yes maybe there are some who have experienced some sub par moments. Well to dining out. I'm sure they work to correct the short comings.

In any restaurant business you will not always hit the mark. You can't win them all over. So with that being said. Meals and services and experiences I think are always in MY experience on point. The table next to me might not have that same experience.

At the end of the day it's a great meal and the people that work there normally are great to work with. Going to these places on a holiday, special occasions and events expect some short comings.

I wanted to thank all at Chaberlain's and Christina our wonderful server, for a beautiful anniversary dinner. My wife and I just moved to the area. It was great to find a place that not only has great chefs but nice atmosphere, and true professional fine dining. We will definately return and spread the word. I have been to many steak houses and fine dining restaurant...Chamberlain's is tops! The staff was super friendly and the atmosphere was intimate in the dining area and relaxed in at the bar.

It was really good! Busy for a Wednesday night! Server was excellent! The beef tartar was great (avec des frites), the NY steak with peppercorn and the Prime were equally outstanding! I think I like it better that two other famous steak houses in Dallas.

Absolutely wonderful meal and amazing service. Lewis was incredible. You must ask for him by name when you come in. His service is what makes a good meal, great. This is my new go to place for steaks in North Dallas.

Went there for New Year's Eve and both the food and service were outstanding. Would recommend to anyone for a special occasion.

One of the best dining experiences I've ever experienced. Perfectly cooked steaks, impeccable service and beautiful atmosphere. We ended up trying several appetizers as well as a couple of delectable wines that were suggested which complemented the evening wonderfully. It was worth every penny, and we've been back ever since. Our first evening here was a decade ago, and the level of service and quality has never waivered. First class establishment.

I ate at Chamberlain's last Saturday night with my son and his female friend. The food was excellent and the service was very good. They have a very nice cigar lounge / bar. Service was good. There is a blonde that works in the bar that was a knockout (could be a Playboy Playmate). I will be going back next time when I am in Dallas in 2 - 3 months.

Everything about this place is great. Our waiter kept up with us and he was very funny. I will continue going here each time we visit dallas.

Food was excellent,service great. The atmosphere was that of a sports bar without the TVs. The chairs were very uncomfortable and tables were to low. Room temperature was freezing and if my polar bear husband is cold it's cold. Was no the evening I hoped for.

I haven't been here in 15 years or so, the food was excellent, great service, the drinks are good too, a little bit pricey so it's a treat for me. It's not something I can do all the time, that's very good place to go for a good treat for yourself and if you are baller, it's a place to go every week!

This is where two worlds collide with steak and cigars! The food was spectacular, we started with bison meatballs and then pot stickers. Every bite was insane with so much flavor. Then we had a regular salad and again it was so good. And of course the main dish was a NY Strip with red wine and peppercorn! This was my top 5 steaks I ever had. I've been to Lugers in NY and this was way better. In the background they have a piano player who was so awesome which added to my excellent evening! A must visit in Dallas!

I had a business dinner here and everything was superb! The steak was delicious and our server was very friendly and accommodating to all of our needs.

My wife and I have been here a few times for her birthday since they email a half off entree coupon. Food and service is always top notch. Ambiance is warm and inviting. I was a bit disappointed by their chocolate lava cake. It was good but it's not a true lava cake. We will definitely return.

What can you say about Chamberlain's Steak House that everyone and Dallas already does not know. Well, for those that do t this is a great place to take your wife, girlfriend or business Associate. The atmosphere is great the food is great and the service is absolutely the best, food is great the bread they bring before your meal is unbelievable. And steaks what can I say I had the bone in New York 14 oz. And it was amazing definitely will come back!

Staff treated us so nice. Prices are fair I would say. Atmosphere is similar to a cafe in San Jose I loved.

Good dining experience overall. A go-to destination for special occasions. Fantastic atmosphere. REASON FOR EDIT: My wife read my original review and reminded me that her steak was well passed the medium rare she ordered, and that the service was not up to expectations. I removed a star.

Emmaculate service and delicious food. Can't go wrong with anything on or off the menu.

The food was wonderful- our steaks were perfect! However, the team serving model (different servers throughout the dinner) resulted in miscommunication and an overall lower level of service than I expected. For example, I called ahead to let the server know I wanted the bill to be brought to me because I was paying for the birthday dinner. While the person who seated us extended birthday wishes to my guest- the information was not passed on to the others. Instead of bringing a candle with our dessert- one of the servers (we were about to leave) brought out a candle in a roll-I appreciated the effort but... it seemed awkward.

I felt rushed to leave at the end of the dinner when we received the bill (not handed to me) prior to being asked if wanted another drink or more water.

Also, due to this lack of communication in service we had to ask for our drinks to be refilled and gestured to several individuals for assistance that did not see/hear us. The reason I gave 3 stars is because I believe an exemplary steakhouse has both amazing food and stellar service. It s about the experience. Hopefully, soon the service will match the delicious food on the menu.

From the minute I walked in, to the minute I walked out, I felt like a freaking celebrity.



As if our waiter was not excellent enough, the GM, or chef (we aren t sure who he was) greeted us at our table. He had a 5 minute conversation with us, literally making us feel like we were the only patrons in the restaurant. We were not. It was a full house. The food was fantastic, and when we left, we were greeted again upon our departure.

I could go in for paragraphs, but in short: great food, great service, you won t be disappointed.

Watched tables around us get their order taken, be served, have dessert, and get their bill while we sat and ate two servings of bread. Our waiter had to be grabbed to take our order and then acted as if we were troubling him. This place was recommended to us, but we won't be back.

It is expensive, but the steaks were great cuts and were perfectly done. Worth the visit. The sides were a good addition. The service was attentive and informative.

This place is one of the last remaining bastions of good steakhouse, plus whiskey bar, plus cigar bar in the country. Where else can you enjoy all of these things at one time? Went here on my birthday and it was a true pleasure to go to. Would highly recommend!!

Food was excellent, drinks were good, service was excellent. Recommend you ask for normal butter instead of the garlic butter with your bread though.

Steak was overcooked, had to send it back, server tried to convince me that it would still taste good. We had a bit of back and forth before he had the kitchen remake it. New steak was great. Duck was too tough and chewey... Tartar was excellent, seared ahi was very average. Overall, below expectations.

Best steaks and service of any chophouse in Dallas.

First time visiting Dallas and Chamberlain Steak and Chop House. Very nice atmosphere and easy to find. I would recommend you reserve a t able ahead of time so you do not have to wait. Valet parking is available but not needed. We were promptly seated and the staff was very friendly.The crab cakes were delicious and the steaks were perfectly charred. I am a big Charley's fan and this place was comparable. I would recommend this steakhouse if you are in the area.

If you've never been here, do yourself a favor and give it a try. The food is delicious, the service is outstanding, and the cocktails are interesting. It's spendy, but you absolutely get what you pay for. Make reservations if you're coming on the weekend, and request the cigar lounge if you want to channel your inner Ron Swanson.

I came in for Restaurant Week and didn't know what to expect. Would the menu be something cheaper and easy they could whip up for it? Would the options be only chicken? Haha! Well, I was in for quite a surprise. What a wonderful menu!! You could tell that time and effort went into the menu and the wine pairing! I couldn't have been more pleased!!
