Great people to deal with. They will actually call you if your late. Honestly I'm forgot to make a payment and they called me. I've been with State Farm about 30 years and it's great insurance if you have a good agent and staff to work with. I'm on my third and final agent now. Bryan Schexnayder State Farm is absolutely the easiest to work with. I was the victim of a hit and run and I made 1 call to them around 3pm and before 4pm I knew where to take my truck for an estimate and where to get my rental car. I moved to Slidell and they still take care of everything I need flawlessly like a good neighbor.

Bryan Schexnayder's State Farm office has been the best insurance company I have ever dealt with. They always work around the clock to get you the best deals, even on the weekends. The entire staff is extremely friendly and helpful, especially Ryan. I would highly recommend this office and Ryan for any insurance questions or needs you may have.

Very good for auto insurance but not so good for Corporations.

Very helpful! Always available with a phone call, text, or email when I have questions or need verification. Roadside assistance is excellent, and the app is very convenient.

I highly recommend this location for auto and business insurance.

I d give a zero if I could!!! Not only are they not friendly and fight with you on the phone, but the price goes up every 6 months. I m not talking a couple of dollars, I m talking $80+ every 6 months. First time the told me it was the state, then the next 6 months it was a 13% raise on State Farm s part. Now it s the state again. I had the lowest possible limits on 2 cars for $649 a month. Now I have the highest possible limits with $250 deductible and premium car rental for $100 less a month. If I would have kept the lowest limited, i would have had insurance for half of what they charge!!! Please if you can switch to USAA, or even progressive is way cheaper!!!!

At Bryan Schexnayder, I highly recommend Tabby. Not only she is a true professional, who understand insurance very well, but she also has a wonderful personality. She is always very helpful. She is a true asset to State Farm.

Needs better quote writers who know how to keep their promise to change information or send requested ID cards and documents - the very least skill, to "remember", needs improvement. Couldn't switch State Farm agents because they choose to "forget" and it has prolonged up to almost a year of being with this poorly trained staff and finally took my business elsewhere where my time and requests are in top priority. My parents speak English but its a bit broken because that wasn't their first language and I knew they would take advantage of them multiple times hearing them conversate with them on speaker phone. Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AGENT AT ALL
P.S. Never once has BRYAN SCHEXNAYDER returned my calls to fix any issue and always had to deal with the staff that didn't know what to do but say "call back" or "call customer service" or "i'll leave a message with him so he can call you back"
