It is the beat hotel in Bonn.
Very helpful staff and they are really professional. Michael in the reception is very kind. Also Mohamed Kharboush is very helpful. I always stay in this Hotel when I am in Bonn. The location of the hotel is awesome. Close to the Rhine where you can walk or do a nice jogging. And close to the town.

First of all, this is not a first time i am staying at Hilton hotel i would like to say that this one is one if the best by the service, cleanliness, location, view. What a great time we spent in this place. we had 2 nice good rooms clean abd ready. Sleeping was good too. Breakfast was super too there's everything needed for everyone. There is a swimming pool and small sport centre. The swimming pool was ok not busy at all. The draw back is for the parking 25 euro!!! Come on!!! Do an effort for at least your member. Recommended 4 stars Hotel.
As a loyal Marriott customer, I have to admin I liked this place. The breakfast buffet was one of the best from my years of European travels.
Stayed here in 2019 and was very happy with my stay. Staff were friendly, breakfast buffet was very large and not crowded, and the location was absolutely perfect. Will without a doubt stay here again on my next trip to Bonn.

The hotel is pretty old. But te serivce is great is great.
Great service, comfortable rooms, snack shop, welcome bar, pool, spa, lounge, gym, under hotel parking garage, and an amazing breakfast bar.
If you're going here for business from the UK, then it's worth noting that they're likely to mess up your booking and not understand how it works. You're also required to pay a deposit upon arrival, which was a first for me and require proof of a business stay if it is not already written on your booking print out.
I found the reception team quite unhelpful and like they just didn't care or have much empathy for this. However my issues did get resolved (eventually I might add)- upon arrival I waited in the foyer for close to 2.5 hours before I got to my room! And had further issues upon departure.
On a massive positive, the restaurant and bar staff were fantastic. They were very personable, hardworking, going out of their way to make sure your experience was as good as it could be. This was reflected in the attitude of their manager too. The food was lovely, portion sizes were massive so it was sometimes difficult to finish the main meal, and didn't leave much room for dessert.
I stayed for 4 nights and there was plenty of choice on the menu for all nights.
