First Choice Pools was the service being used in the home we purchased recently, and we just continued to use them because we were new to Tucson. If I could leave ZERO stars, that would be more accurate! Not only was Daniel overcharging us, but he wouldn't come out and help us to familiarize with our new home's pool and equipment (when asked multiple times). The guys who were supposed to clean the pool weekly only skimmed the top of the pool and checked the pH, never vacuuming or cleaning the bottom--if they came at all. It ended up leaving the filter almost completely clogged and costing us more money to fix it elsewhere. Lastly, they charged more than any other service we received an estimate from...and, they were doing nothing to maintain the pool to deserve being paid. DO NOT USE!!!!

Very diligent and conscientious. Our serviceman Manny is ultras-dependable. These guys can also order parts and install the for minor repairs, such as replacing the diaphragm in our automatic pool cleaner. We couldn't have a better company,
