We have been living in Starkey Ranch for almost 2 ...

We have been living in Starkey Ranch for almost 2 months. We moved to Tampa from Ohio and looked at 15 homes in 3 days. Only 3 of those were in Odessa or Lutz. There is just no comparison for the Starkey Ranch community. We can ride our bikes on trails and dedicated bike lanes for over 15 miles without leaving the community or seeing the same place twice (with more trails in the works). We can walk out our front door and go for a long run without having to drive to a trail head. And there are always people out and about! And there s supposedly a blueberry farm and market a bike ride away that I am excited to visit once they re in season. But one of our favorite features is the street parking which means that no one is blocking traffic by parking on the street and we don t have to do the car shuffle to get a car out of our garage (this was a problem at one of our previous houses and looked like it was a problem in other developments we looked at). Lastly, the sunsets are STUNNING from the development. We were originally looking for a home closer to central Tampa due to work location, but we are so happy with where we ended up.
