Why cannot we choose 0!!

You will loose your customers or get bad reviews if you choose this courier. My story is:
Notification was provided that my order will arrive on a certain day but i waited all day and no-one came; no card left behind. Second delivery attempted when i called to complain, and i requested them to deliver on a certain day because I am not available. They said yes multiple time and confirmed with notification but again, waited another full day and no-one came. Called them up and they realise the guy doesn't do delivery on that day! Wish they had some sort of notification beforehand instead of wasting my time. Then the courier suddenly came on a day which i specifically mentioned I will not be available! I only got a message the parcel has been dropped off. Didn't even give me a pick-up address. Had to call the courier multiple times to get the pick-up address and he even sent me the wrong address at first. No matter how cheap, this service is unacceptable.

Waited by the door for delivery all morning, driver doesn't even attempt to drop it off and marks it as an unsuccessful delivery. First time using them and definitely last.

Even 1 star is generous - no parcel, no resolution and 3 weeks of dealing with their rude customer service people. Apparently they left it outside the office door - to hard to ring a doorbell?

The sender is now dealing with them and I hope they decide to use a different courier company going forward.

Worst logistics company. They have lost my parcel without even informing me. Incompetent customer service.

DHL can find me, UPS can find me, EMS can find me, even some Chinese private logistics company can find me.However, all Startrack can do is leave a card and say "Sorry, we missed you".

I had a parcel ordered on Thursday morning and to be delivered between 1pm - 5pm the following day (a special occassion - a surprise gift). The courier arrived/called a little bit after 6pm when there was noone else in the office. Very disappointed in this service. The whole point in paying for extra postage is to ensure that the parcel is delivered on time and not outside the time frame of the preferred delivery.

This company continues to disappoint! You charge for "Express Delivery" and you do not deliver! You are robbing your customers!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COURIER SERVICE.

Startrack pick up and delivery service is a joke!! terrible company to work with

Unfriendly staff and poor service! ordered pick up service two days ago and no one showed up, after a chasing call a delivery guy finally came to collect my parcel with a poker face and indifferent attitude. I guess he definitely doesn t have a happy life in his life.

Premium next day delivery paid, the courier doesn't even try to deliver, reports Failed Delivery, address error (even though they deliver regularly to the address). Call to organise redelivery, it has to be 2 working days later. On that day no sign of delivery. Useless company.

1 of 2 items was missing and not delivered. Imagine the inconvenience. Will not use their service again.

I have had goods delivered within 1-2 days (express postage) interstate. I live on the 3rd floor of an apartment building, and buzzed them up, but they didn t come upstairs. We meet them at the security door and had to carry our goods back upstairs. Didn t expect this, but overall, speed of delivery is good.

Drivers get given to many deliveries - so don't even bother getting out of their vans. Just drive along the street so that they don't get into trouble when they get complaints.
Save yourself some hassle - don't use StarTrack.

Same here, fake attempted delivery notices. Took the day off to receive the package and didn t leave all day.

If you miss a delivery, you won't be able to arrange a date for redelivery on the Startrack website. If the parcel was "returned to the depot" and you choose to pick up the parcel from "the depot", which depot? There are three Startrack depots in Sydney. You won't be able to find out which depot by ringing the Startrack phone number.

I was eventually able to make phone contact with Startrack. A pleasant young woman was able to arrange redielivery for me on the day that the website wouldn't let me choose. She was also able to inform me about the location of "the depot" which is at Minchinbury, too far for me to pick up the parcel.

I had an order that was suppose to come today that needed to be signed for. waited all day for them to come and they never did. finally went outside and saw my package on my front porch. it was a very important package that was suppose to be signed and i did not sign for it and was just left on my front porch in plain sight all day.

Most useless delivery company I have ever used in my entire life.

Have had to call up 3 times now, one because they didn't have the correct address when I know for certain I put in the right one. Another because I wasn't home when I know for sure on the supplier website I ticked the box saying that it was ok to leave my package unsigned for and they still couldn't do that. And the last time was to confirm that they were to leave the package on my door step and they still couldn't do that. To top it off they don't even leave missed delivery cards

Why anyone chooses to use this company still baffles me, avoid at all costs

It looks like they are not able to read addresses.
They managed to fail delivery for 3 consecutive days.
Obviously no calls prior arrival, nor follow up calls after.
What s the point to leave your mobile number if those monkeys cannot even call back?

The sorry, we missed you note said they would hold the parcel for 10 business days. I called after six days to pick up from depot and it was gone.
The Aus Post s StarTrack is worse than Kabul s postal service.
I know because I used to work there and did a story about the postmen.

Hands down the worst delivery company in Aus. Inefficient and lazy.

I live in a unit block. I told him to give me a few minutes to catch the lift and the courier decides to leave my parcel on top of the letterboxes which anyone could have taken my parcel. Disgusting service and no complaint service other than emailing them. Worst service

Probably the worst courier service out there. would not recommend using them to anyone.

The courier dumped delivery an Optus delivery into another tenant's mailbox outside our building without buzzing our tenancy or even attempting to deliver.

There is no word I could use to describe how terrible this company is

Your parcel likes star in the sky, you can t track it

Have been home waiting for my parcel, courier didnt even tried to ring the bell, ticket in mailbox-unsuccessfully delivery. Customer service is joke. Never ever, rather FedEx or DHL. Thumbs down

Left a paper "we missed you" when 3 of us were at home so they definitely did not ring.

For another parcel, "arriving today" that never came that day and when you try to call them using the number they give you nobody picks up.

Items nearly always sent to the wrong state, Staff are utterly rude and speak down to you. use anyone else other than Star Track

Poor services with stupid drivers and rude call centre.

Took a day off work to be sure to get the parcel on time. Waited all day, marked as "delivered", but nobody even bother ringing the bell or call you on your phone if doesn't find the address. They just sent it back the the sender "mission accomplished".

Called them, they came up with "yes I know it's annoying... there nothing we can do"
Incompetent drivers, useless customer service,
I've been asked to pay the delivery fee again, and they are not able to take care of my parcel before one to two business days. Cross fingers that the delivery guy reach my place this time (most obvious building ever with enlighten address at the front gate, street side...) and at least leave a note for me to pick up the parcel myself at the post office!

I've been warned, now I know. What a waste of time, money and patience

Being waiting for an important parcel since morning until now with the front door open. Didn t attempt to deliver but it shows there was no one at home. StarTrack and AusPost, you guys are joke in logistics and service industry. Least professional and worst lazy stuff. Don t waste your money by using their service. Peace.
