If you miss a delivery, you won't be able to arrange a date for redelivery on the Startrack website. If the parcel was "returned to the depot" and you choose to pick up the parcel from "the depot", which depot? There are three Startrack depots in Sydney. I was eventually able to make phone contact with Startrack. A pleasant young woman was able to arrange redielivery for me on the day that the website wouldn't let me choose. She was also able to inform me about the location of "the depot" which is at Minchinbury, too far for me to pick up the parcel.
