The flooding problem . . .

The flooding problem . . .

. . .solved! My 100' clay/grass driveway became a slick muck impossible for any vehicle to ascend its 20 degree incline. If a concrete ($5.5K) or an asphalt ($3.6K) driveway had been used on that incline, a tremendous flooding problem would have been created down the 1000 sq ft solid hard surface and against my house at the bottom. Enter the EP, or Easy Pave ($2.4K) solution. There is certainly none greater and there is actually less of any water problem because the myriad cup "fins" slow any flow and actually facilitate absorption downward and evaporation upward. If you've any incline remotely like mine, this is such a totally superior solution to anything else, that I don't know why Standardartpark isn't shouting it from the rooftops.

Additionally, as my old clay/grass driveway "heals" under the EP (as there is no longer any direct driving on the former), grass is already starting to grow between the EP "lily pads". So eventually, unlike concrete or asphalt, I will have a "hidden" driveway that looks very nearly like the rest of the yard (and the EP is fully mowable)! And the fantastic people at Standartpark just went to extraordinary measures to deliver--for free!--my 1,600 lbs of EP because remember . . . I had nothing but a slip & slide driveway for them to work with. As far as I can see, this is the beginning of the end for concrete and asphalt driveways.

ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. Or the record I'm always down to help a small business but if you cant provide even the basic services like answering your phones responding to emails and delivering the product with in a real time frame like 11 business days after being told it would be delivered in 3-5 them I'm sorry guys. Yall may need to rethink the business yall are in. Simply put BUYER BEWARE. Website states one thing you get a different thing. They have NO INVENTORY but speak as if they have a major warehouse. They are just buying this stuff 3rd party and making you wait for it like it was coming from China. Even the simplest of orders takes 11 business days to get..... keep in mind people they are in Missouri..... I assure everyone reading this review that you can get stuff from another continent faster than 11 business days. My Ordered was placed on the 2-21-20 and we still haven't recieved it yet. Today is 3-5-20.

Mr. Allen.... I am not the writing review kind of guy, but HERE IS SOME ADVICE from a 19 year business owner.

Fix your website full of cut and paste images and stop false advertising what products and what services you provide because it's a joke.

EVERYONE... Unless you have a 3 - 4 week window stay clear of this company, and if your in construction (like I am) then I strongly recommend going somewhere else bc your schedule will be effected if choose you buy from standart park.

Smh!!!

STANDARTPARK never shipped the product I ordered. ...

STANDARTPARK never shipped the product I ordered. Luckily as an experienced project manager, I always build lead time time when working with clients. I was able to quickly secure the parts I needed from another vendor and was able to complete the job in the promised timeframe. I can't comment on the quality of the product from STANDARTPARK.. BECAUSE IT NEVER SHIPPED.

I am giving this product 1 star for 1 simple reaso...

I am giving this product 1 star for 1 simple reason. You do not receive the square footage you order. In the product details, under Parameters Standartpark says that each tile covers 3.3 SQFT. However, this is because of the extremely deceptive way they measure these tiles. They are calculating the entire area of the tile instead of the usable area of the tile. They recommend that you order 10-15% extra because as the dimensions of the grid and your installation might not be exact. . What they don t tell you is that the actual usable area of the tile is different than the total area of the tile. Since the tiles lock into each other you lose a significant portion of the tile. The actual usable area of the tile is only 2.48 based on the product delivered. There specification shows a usable are of 2.68 . These are huge differences. A 600 SQFT. order becomes 482.4 SQFT, If you go by the measurements in their specification. What is actually delivered is 446.4 SQFT. To make matters worse your 600 SQFT. order is actually 6 SQFT. short because they only send 180 tiles, which by their specification is 3.3 SQFT. well 180 times 3.3 is only 594 SQFT. After reading all the positive reviews about the great customer service and how wonderful the product was, I decided to make my order. When I brought this to Mr. Martin Alans attention, with pictures proving the dimensions delivered didn t match their own specifications. He was condescending and kept trying to blame me and my project. When I asked why the product was marketed as 3.3 SQFT instead of the actual usable 2.48 SQFT. or why the discrepancy in the product specification and the delivered product, I was ignored. As far as the product goes, I am worried about its longevity. The O pads (the part that locks into the Wave curve) are brittle & thinner than the waves . Several were broken or broke. Which means they weren t locked in as secure as they should be. Also, the plastic that the Anchors are driven into, is also thin and brittle. Several times while driving the anchor it broke through the plastic it was meant to hold in place. I have waited about 8 months to make my review because I wanted to see how the product preformed. I am having trouble getting the grass to grow in 100% it s at about 55%. As of right now I will place that blame on myself. I would caution laying these tiles down on clay as well. I put down 4 of rock and rented two different compactors one for clay base and one for the rock base. I am still having some serious warping issues. Maybe that has to do with broken anchors I m not sure.

Buyer beware!!!

Buyer beware!!!

Misleading/false advertising on website in multiple places.

Website clearly states they will accept any unused product however it is an outright LIE.

Be cautious when dealing with this company and I suggest searching for an honest company to deal with when looking for your geogrid needs.

We had a great experience with this company. Sad to see others leave very false information. However we ordered the easypave grid for a 4,000 sq ft project. Arrived on time as stated - the customer service is 100% exceptional. Unfortunately in todays customer anger driven world you are only going to see either the best type of reviews, or the worst. I can not speak on others behalf, but our relationship with this company was one of the best we have had. Highly suggest giving them a call for that reason if you are in need of their products.

I'll go up to 2 because the product itself looks pretty good. I'll give getting my product a 1. After ordering and the EasyPavers being shipped, I was given only a single FedEx number, but told my EasyPave grids would arrive in 2 batches. I figured that meant 2 FedEx trucks. First, 2 days after receiving my FedEx number on a Tuesday, FedEx still said they were waiting to receive my product from the shipper. StandArtPark told me FedEx had my product, but hadn't moved it yet. On Thursday, my original delivery date, FedEx started moving my product and listed the following Tuesday as my delivery date. On that Tuesday, I got 107 out of 384 grids. Nobody at StandArtPark told me that would be the case. I contacted StandArtPark and was told my shipment was split between FedEx and a ground shipper. That ground shipper was supposed to deliver the bulk of my order another week after the small FedEx Customer Appeasement Delivery. The carrier didn't arrive today as originally scheduled. Tomorrow my delivery window is 9-5. Even Comcast gives me a 4 hour window. It might be a great product in the end, but getting it is a lot of work.

The order was expensive, late and incomplete. Upon notification, the factory explained that a part of the order was lost in shipment and agreed to overnight the missing pieces. It also stated that the product was back ordered and this was noted on the product page. I've installed what was delivered. It was fast and easy. Seems like a good product.

Could not express more how great Standartpark is to work with. During the Covid situation we expected many delays in transit and shipping. They meet up to their name and customers service. We had no issues at all, and things went very smoothly with our Easypave grid installation. They recently updated their website and its perfect. If you ever have a construction job or anything with landscaping or drainage - we highly recommend Standartpark. They state they have #1 rated customer service, and I can personally attest to that. Thank you

Order the product with the expectation that accord...

Order the product with the expectation that according to their website 3-5 day delivery and planned the project according to that. 12 days later recieved only a part of the order this after multiple attempts to contact with no response. After only receiving a portion of order I bombarded them with multiple emails, chat, and voice-mail and finally got a response telling me it was on the way even though FedEx had lost the product. When I asked if the could send out replacement items express I was told they can't send anything until I provided a claim number with FedEx which I did then was told that they could only refund the amount and I would have to place a new order and wait standard shipping times. Complete disappointment and small businesses can't figure out why they fail. Maybe start with customer service and providing the products that are ordered and if an issue arises correct the issue with urgency. So if you have all the time in the world and are willing to deal with issues then order from them. Home depot sells a comparable product and will resolve issues
