I am giving this product 1 star for 1 simple reason. You do not receive the square footage you order. In the product details, under Parameters Standartpark says that each tile covers 3.3 SQFT. However, this is because of the extremely deceptive way they measure these tiles. They are calculating the entire area of the tile instead of the usable area of the tile. They recommend that you order 10-15% extra because as the dimensions of the grid and your installation might not be exact. . What they don t tell you is that the actual usable area of the tile is different than the total area of the tile. Since the tiles lock into each other you lose a significant portion of the tile. The actual usable area of the tile is only 2.48 based on the product delivered. There specification shows a usable are of 2.68 . These are huge differences. A 600 SQFT. order becomes 482.4 SQFT, If you go by the measurements in their specification. What is actually delivered is 446.4 SQFT. To make matters worse your 600 SQFT. order is actually 6 SQFT. short because they only send 180 tiles, which by their specification is 3.3 SQFT. well 180 times 3.3 is only 594 SQFT. After reading all the positive reviews about the great customer service and how wonderful the product was, I decided to make my order. When I brought this to Mr. Martin Alans attention, with pictures proving the dimensions delivered didn t match their own specifications. He was condescending and kept trying to blame me and my project. When I asked why the product was marketed as 3.3 SQFT instead of the actual usable 2.48 SQFT. or why the discrepancy in the product specification and the delivered product, I was ignored. As far as the product goes, I am worried about its longevity. The O pads (the part that locks into the Wave curve) are brittle & thinner than the waves . Several were broken or broke. Which means they weren t locked in as secure as they should be. Also, the plastic that the Anchors are driven into, is also thin and brittle. Several times while driving the anchor it broke through the plastic it was meant to hold in place. I have waited about 8 months to make my review because I wanted to see how the product preformed. I am having trouble getting the grass to grow in 100% it s at about 55%. As of right now I will place that blame on myself. I would caution laying these tiles down on clay as well. I put down 4 of rock and rented two different compactors one for clay base and one for the rock base. I am still having some serious warping issues. Maybe that has to do with broken anchors I m not sure.
