My first experience with Stahlman was today. Lupe was the Irrigation Tech sent to my home to find out why my backyard was MUD. He knew instantly --- and adjusted sprinkler heads to reduce the over-watering. He diagnosed damage at a neighbors home for them as well --- and photographed the damaged areas and Stahlman submitted a detailed report for repair. Lupe was professional and efficient. Beatriz in the office was more than professional and helpful. I wish my HOA had told me to contact Stahlman for irrigation repairs instead of telling residents to use our lawn service. Stahlman England is one of the very best irrigation vendors in Southwest Florida. Their company maintains our large irrigation system, servicing a 300+ acre homeowner's association. In addition, they have secured several bids for some very large landscaping projects and executed every step with care and communication, creating final products that our HOA is genuinely proud of. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

This company goes above and beyond being an excellent irrigation company. They took over our 225 home HOA when the irrigation system was a mess and they immediately made a big difference. Within 1 year, they have acquired our pumping system contract and our low voltage lighting contract. They have recommended other key vendors to us that have worked out well. They can be trusted, their employees are extremely dedicated and I would recommend them to anyone. It is refreshing in SWFL to find such a reputable company.

We are a condominium complex with a number of lawns, beds and wild areas. Stahlman England installed our system a number of years ago and it works so well. If ever there has been a leak, this irrigation company is reponsive, finds ways to sort any issues quickly and efficiently and has wonderful technicians. I would certainly recommend Stahlman England. We also have a monthly maintenance service with them and Oli looks after us very well. He is knowledgeable and polite and keeps me informed.

Stahlman-England installed the irrigation at our home 1 year ago. I recently asked them to return to add 2 new sections for recently added landscaping. It was easy to schedule and the technician had good suggestions for "bubblers" rather than spray units based on the type of plantings that we added. He also inspected our existing irrigation & made a few adjustments. We are very happy with their service.

They are always very responsive. One technician - Oli Lopez - has serviced our sprinkler system a number of time. Most recently, on a repair call, he arrived on time, immediately fixed the one problem (pipe at sprinkler head broken). He then repaired or replaced 3 additional heads, replaced a number of nozzles, moved one head and repaired a last head. He advised me on what we needed to insure I have good lawn coverage, Excellent serice!

They diagnosed the issue and made me aware of the repairs that were needed to take place. New irrigation system put into my first home. Had no idea what I needed and they came out the same day that I called to let me know what would work best . The installation was completed in one day and they were able to show me how to adjust the time and frequency by the time I got home from work. The Players Cove at Lely Resort Condominium Association hired Stahlman-England. to address a major site drainage issue whereby rain water had a tendency to pool against the sides of our buildings. If the rains were heavy enough, the water found its way into some of the lower units, creating quite a headache both for the owner and the Board of Directors.
We interviewed several companies and by far Stahlman-England was the best one in terms of experience, knowledge, quality, professionalism and cost. This turned out to be a big job involving the installation of approximately 2.2 miles of underground PVC piping to transport water away from our buildings, and there was no room for error.
I can't say enough as to how pleased both the Board and our residents were with the work that was conducted.
Among other things, Mark Stahlman, owner of SE was very professional and a pleasure to work with. Mark and his company have many years of experience solving water-related problems. Mark developed the initial design and was both patient and flexible in working through several subsequent iterations pursuant to getting the final design right. It was clear at the outset that Mark was quality minded, which greatly increased our confidence the job would get done right.
Kudos as well to the job foreman, crew of workers and office staff. They were professional at all times, frequently checking-in to make sure we were satisfied. The workers showed-up on time, did their work that involved substantial excavation, and importantly cleaned-up at the end of the day. The project was completed on schedule and we have not experienced any water ingress issues since its completion. It is noteworthy that many of our residents couldn't believe the level of professionalism and neatness based on their prior experience with other vendors working in our community.
As expected, a project of this magnitude has had a few hiccups. These were of a minor nature and always addressed/resolved in a timely manner. We are now coming up on 1-year since the project was completed, and SE continues to be responsive to our needs should a matter occur that requires corrective action.

I am sad to have to write this review! Started out great, Randy replaced parts & all was supposed to be fine but it wasn t! Called him 3 times with no answer! Found out he left. Then when we were away, told the system was on all the time, to the tune of $920.00 water bill!! Wrote a long letter, was never answered!! My husband called, they were going to get back to us about a discount on new system!! Never got back to us!!! This shows me that they are NOT dependable!!
A wonderful company to work with. They do what they say and do it well. This week, for me, they replaced an irrigation pump and all the valves and valve housings. Had it completed inside of 4 hours and everything works perfect.

Prompt professional service. The technician spent many hours repairing our irrigation system in Autumn Woods. Tree roots had broken all the lines coming out of the valve manifold. He repaired and tested the system. Excellent job.

Stahlman-England transformed our backyard a month ago with its installation of artificial turf. What had been an uneven, muddy stretch of "lawn" that ran from the edge of our pool to our property's end is now a level, green, inviting space. Best of all, the rabbits that caused the problem are gone.

This week we had to overhaul our whole sprinkler system- I was really worried about it because it hadn't really worked well for years BUT we found amazing service and employees who worked for 2 days, replaced all of our sprinklers with 6" sprinklers and then went around and showed me how they were all working. 2 very hard working young men got the job done and we signed up for the quarterly service where they come to check out the system and keep it running well.
