Lightening game last Thursday. Had the absolute honor of an invitation to Suite 4. Schumacher Insurance. Food was great, company was better! Thanks for being the perfect hostesses, Erica & Michelle!
Amalie Arena hosting LADY GAGA DEC. 1ST! Must attend show, folks. Great entertainer in the PERFECT venue! I'm counting the days!

Always a great experience in the suite with fellow employees. The food and drinks are a little pricey for what you get, but it's expected when going to an event. Overall I had a great time at the last hockey game and concert I went to (2CELLOS).

We attended or first game at the arena upon arrival was greeted by a very friendly user. He advised us it was fan appreciation nite free popcorn, peanuts & discounts at concession stands. When we waited in the right line for 10 minutes only to find out you only appreciate your fans early and it was done at the first intermission! I think if you appreciate your fans it should be for the whole game! Just saying.

Amalie is a great arena. The staff is always friendly and I love coming here for Lightning games. Always clean and the vendors and ushers are completely on top of things. Compared to watching a game at Capital One or BB&T center, you're in for a treat. Probably better than others too.

I had a great experience here for a concert. I was worried about parking and the lines to get in but with a little bit of planning, we found a great parking spot a few blocks away. Had time for dinner at Channelside and then made our way to the arena. The crowd and lines were intimidating but Amalie staff and security got everyone in at a good pace.

Once inside, they had plenty of bars and beer stands for drinks. We didn't have any problems with long waits. Getting to our seats was a breeze as well. They had personnel stationed at each entrance to let you know where to go. We were in section 301 and had a great view of the stage area and big screens.

Bathrooms are clean and leaving the concert was a breeze. No issues at all! So this was my first time at the Amalie and I'm glad it went well with no headaches. Had a great time and will now feel less stressed now that I know it's not such a headache attending events here.

Great concert venue. We were up in the terrace level, section 306. Easy in and out from the arena. Security was thorough, but went smoothly. Tons of food and drink options once inside. Oh, very important tip - BRING A SWEATER or JACKET! (It is a hockey arena after all - very cold!!)

I suggest you either show up as early as possible, or after the line to get through the metal detectors has gone down. We were there in the heat, like sardines, in line and my body overheated. I've never experienced this before, and I'm a Florida Native! This process needs to be improved. Also, the food/drinks are incredibly overpriced.

The beer offered was $13-16 a pop, some of the bathroom sinks in the ladies room weren't working. But, the staff was kind and informative. I enjoyed how smooth the ticket collection and metal detector phase was too.

Great atmosphere and fan base. Just too damn expensive to eat and drink. If you enjoy some adult beverage while here, take out a loan. 15 bucks a beer. Cant imagine what the one liquor drinks in the white collar section are. Eat before you get here and drink merrily if that's your thing. Other than that, nothing better than watching my home team LIVE! GO BOLTS!

Saw Islanders v. Tampa and sat in the upper deck in section 319. First thing that hit me was the entire seating bowl was blue and a few of the open areas behind the nets. During the pregame the 2 Van de Graaff generators creating 'lightning' was cool. Sight-lines were good, the sound system was not. Beer was insanely expensive. Thunder Alley outside the building with large screen reminds me of Maple Leaf square in Toronto.

Very modern and well run venue for a variety of events. For hockey games the sound effects and fan experience is first class.
With all of the construction in the Channel Side area, parking and traffic maybe a challenge but the experience is worth it.

Great

Wow
