Great place for a hockey game or concert. Prices for food are too high. Tickets can be gained at good prices especially for groups. Parking within walking distance and depending on time and day... parking may be free on downtown streets.

Hands down best place to see an event and best fan experience when it comes to hockey. Beautiful layout, plenty of choices for food and drink. They also have the Fire stick grill which is a fantastic choice for dining but be sure to make a reservation.

Saw Lady Gaga and Radiohead here, overall pleased with the sound quality but man the metal detector entrance is a PROCESS. Definitely pre-game and plan to arrive with a bit of time to spare. The line / hoard for that metal detector screening pre-ticket check was absolutely huge.

Overall, I've heard worse sound quality in an arena. Definitely one of the better large venues for super star performers.

Very nice Arena.

Great venue, seating was awesome in 106 row 9. Acoustics where great as well. Did not like the fact that they converted two mens rooms to ladies rooms so we had to walk a long way and wait in line for a munch longer line.

Love the shows this place brings but boy is it a rip off! Everything in the building your nickel and dime for, nothing is value in this venue at all, poor customer service, aggressive ushers, inability to upgrade tickets once you're inside the venue if seats are available.
I think of management change would maybe fix some of this.

Saw Scorpions/Queensryche and the bands were awesome. In addition the staff were excellent. I purchased tickets at $100 each. The seats did not state obstruction but we're obstructed badly. The staff re located us without argument and we enjoyed the show greatly.

I would have given 5 stars but $33 for two beers is criminal!

This is one of my favorite concert venues to go to and is host to many of the exciting lightning games throughout the year. Don't forget to bring a jacket because it can get kind of cold in there sometimes. The views are absolutely spectacular. They host many events all year long so be sure to visit the website to check when the events are coming.

Go Bolts!

I have never been here for a concert, but as a sports venue, it's second to none.

Many unique and great restaurants, WiFi, comfortable seats. Oh yeah, and Tesla Coils!!

Such a great venue for a hockey game or other sports that it hosts every now and then.

Quite disappointed they fired the food service attendants. Now you have to ring up your own order (pro tip: you can get the full season discount without scanning the card). Go to Wendy s or Panera or anywhere else before you get to the Arena and have a better dining experience.

Went to see the Axel Cirque de Soleil show and it was good. PDQ was the closest and only restaurant on our level and it was way more expensive then usual and they don't serve milkshakes at that location.
