I always enjoy this venue, whether it's for a Bolts game or a concert. Staff are always friendly and helpful!
Great venue and wonderful staff. It helps the team is really good too! Go Bolts!
Huge arena. Very high prices. The security is there only to protect the greedy way of doing business. Eat and drink at home before you come to enjoy the game. If you want a T-Shirt get it at local Walmart for $12.
I really like this stadium but the consessions are outrageously overpriced, even for an event. $18 for a single beer.
They made us take our bottle water caps off just because we were Redwing Fans because we see a lot of other Tampa Bay Fans with there caps on there soda pop and water bottles that was just stupid
This is the best place to have a concert and the lightning games are always fun I wish more famous people like Paul McCartney will come here
Actually better than expected view from the last row as long as there are no heavy overweight person in front of you and nice seats and decent restrooms. Also great event experience (sound, special effects, replays). But extremely overpriced food and beverage, which only the super rich families can afford. Also they should set a weight limit for ticket buyers. Had a 600 lb guy right in front of us, who used up at least 3 seats and hasn't been able to really sit down and blocked the whole view for our whole family. Had to watch the whole game from the screen. Will do same next time again - but for free and from home.
I ve actually had two experiences here. The first, an Imagine Dragons concert a couple years back, was great. But this year I was swindled during parking. I visited Tampa for the museum across from the arena and the parking attendant was not only rude, but he didn t tell me that there was an event later that day and parking prices were inflated. I was visiting from out of town so I didn t know. Paid and went to the museum and the nice lady there told me I could ve parked for free a couple minutes away and the pricing was unusually high. I went back and was told that I couldn t get a refund even though I was not informed of the inflated prices. The parking attendant gave me a fake email to contact the managers of parking. So I used Facebook to message them and they quickly responded and even called, but said that they couldn t refund me because I d already parked there and they couldn t know if I went to the event. That was understandable, and of course that parking attendant wasn t going to be honest about it. The attendant was the biggest issue for me, not the actual managers/contacts. They responded very quickly. But that attendant didn t have to be a jerk. So no thanks for that.
I went to the Eric Church concert on Saturday the arena is nice and great food
Easy to find but lots of one way streets to navigate. Many stairs to climb, but have elevator to get inside main building. Then must navigate lots of stairs to seats, unless on floor level. Pricey snacky foods-drinks offered. $25 to park!! Saw Barry Manilow's Christmas Concert 2018 here & was fantastic!! Saw Barry Manilow's tour concert 2 yrs ago here & was fantadtic!! Large screens on both sides of stage for up close viewing, & sound system great!!
It seems that the seats are very narrow and the corridors too. Good shows are given and they are well organized.
Not clean at it should be. But a great place for a Hockey game.
Great place to meet up with friends to watch a great game or concert
Great venue. Easy access. Great food & drink options.
Nothing stands out typical get rich quick stadium. Clean and pricy.
The Washington Capitals are about to win a Game 7 on the road. Of course my visit here has been brilliant
Not my favorite venue for concerts, prefer places with less cramped seating, they should use it for what it's built for which is hockey games. Great sound acoustics , however stage could be higher so floor seats have better view of performers. Spent alot of money on floor seats and was very dissatisfied, seats were very hard to find and get to as there are no exits at floor level, also couldn't see band hardly at all because of level seating.
Already have tickets bought for the Who, but after that not planning on going back to that venue.Drinks are priced out of control $17 for a beer? Seriously???
First time ever at a pro hockey game with family who are huge fans especially the 8 year old grandson! From Vermont, so it was very cool being in an ice rink in FL! Great game and loved the Hall of Fame Martin St. Louis!
Top notch arena, especially when the Tampa Bay Lightning sre playing. Pay the extra $$$ and get the Club seats. You get all kinds of Free Food. All along the hallway, all the wsy around the arena they have table after table of different ethnic group food to eat. So much fun.
Beautiful arena. Highly recommend for Tampa Bay Lightning games. You can also grab a seat outside for free with many other fans. They sell drinks and play the game on the big screen projected on a wall. Highly recommend taking the Downtown Street Car there.
Always a blast to go see a hockey game here. The employees at the food stalls helped me out a lot in making choices with a food allergy.
Seating was terrible for older people. You can't see much. Just buy the . CD
Great venue to see a concert. Restaurants, hotels, a lovely waterside park across the street. Prices of food and drink are outrageous thought so eat/drink before you go unless u wsnt to spend $16 for a beer.
The arena itself is great - I've been there for hockey matches, arena football games and a concert. Downtown Tampa (with construction) and traffic are horrible. Go early especially if you are not familiar with the area or where you will be parking.
Nice arena, the tesla coils on the corners for Lightning hockey are a nice touch.
Had a blast at the Lightning game and enjoyed some VIP treatment on the lounge
Awesome venue! I don't think there is a bad seat in the entire arena.
Wonderful arena, easy in and out, excellent location, easy parking, great view from all sits.
Nice arena. Lots or food and drink vendors. Vendors and tables outside for your pregame enjoyment.
Great venue for hockey and music events. A ton of food choices. Drinks are pricey. $16 for a can of beer! Ouch...
Good venue for concerts, got to see the Chili Peppers there. Great show! They sell their beer for too much, though
Nice place to watch a hockey game. The staff knows what they are doing. Very well run.
Not a bad seat in this house! Great views no matter where you are sitting. Great for concerts or sporting events. Seats are comfortable, not that one sits much at a concert. Only downside is the concessions are ridiculously high. If prices were lowered 30-40%, more would buy and more often.
The area was great but too much construction with many detours. If you go purchase close parking.
Great Arena to watch a hockey game. Not good for concerts unless you don't care about good sound!
Got Student Rush tickets and it said I'd be assigned a seat after the game started. Was never given a real seat and told to stand in one of the "standing areas". They were all so crowded we couldn't see the game at all. Worst experience at a sporting event I've had.
I love Amalie Arena because it is easy to get to, lots of close parking, beautifully amenities and tons of great events! The staff is friendly and professional. They make Tampa proud, every time!
Perfect place for concerts! Beautiful lighting and sound is amazing. Comfy seats in the 200 section.
I had a great time however, my team lost Go Flyers. The stairs a rough on Seniors
Big seating arrangement..the seats are not very comfortable..hosts awesome events in Tampa ..I went there to see cirque de sol ..and there is ford garage outlet and many more good food options which enhances the experience
Great venue. Only been once, to a lightning game, but the clubhouse area is like an evening of fine dining. Well almost. Good hockey team too.
Seating was great. Saw Carlos Santana in concert here. Great atmosphere with comfortable seats. Good crowd control. NO FIGHTS OR DISRUPTIONS.
Awesome experience watching the Bolts, great food & drink selections in arena, easy and relatively inexpensive parking nearby also.
Leaving can be a chore. If you use Uber, walk a few blocks north to get away from the crowds. Something like Jefferson and Whiting works well and gives way access to the Crosstown.
Great fan experience, even before you enter the arena!
Our first trip to Amelie Arena was for the final Ringling Bros. show. Parking was a little confusing, with construction around the area, but we lucked into a lot right across the street. The arena itself was nice. Pretty packed going in through security, but went faster than expected. Clean restrooms, nice seats. Pretty enjoyable evening!
Saw Panic at the Disco and they ROCKED!!!!
Staff was extremely helpful, and friendly. Sounds was superb.
I love this arena probably my favorite arena in florida. First the arena is beautiful inside and out. Nice and big. Alot of options for concessions prices are i want to say in my opinion are average not to cheap but not overpriced somewhat in the middle. Second i love the party deck especially at night where you can see a nice beautiful view of the downtown area which i absolutely love seeing all the big buildings and the nice beautiful marriott riverwalk. The other thing i like is thunder alley i love how if i dont have tickets for the game i can sit outside and bring a chair or use a chair thats there and watch the games its really nice go lightning
Obviously, a great arena to see rockstars do their thing.
Nose bleed seats are a little scary as for the height and steep stairs. If you're ok with steep, cheap seats.
They could in 2018 start offering a few healthy food and drink vendors.
We ubered. Parking here...eikes!
Wonderful staff help you find where you're supposed to be, and the place was very clean.
Home of the Tampa Bay Lightning. Outstanding sight lines even from third tier. Fun music and videos. Outstanding processing getting in and out. Good parking available
Easy entrance for w/c & walkers. The arena is beautiful, employees are friendly & courteous. We saw Paul Simon and he was amazing. Lots of room, great place to see a show.
